Although we had a smaller project, they took the time to provide us with a quote promptly, offered reasonable pricing, and delivered great quality. During our first visit, we toured their showroom and were able to view the workshop where they store and prepare their pieces. It was a great experience from start to finish. Our pieces are beautiful, and their service was professional. I'm really happy to support good, authentic companies, and this is one that definitely deserves your business. Check them out!

3.5 stars Beautiful…read moreinstallation with misinformation The Stone Experts did a beautiful job on our kitchen countertop. However, they left the underside of our island unfinished and raw. When first confronted, they claimed this was "standard practice" and suggested using a damp cloth to clean. After a couple exchanges, they later mentioned that we were supplied a "sample" slab which is why only one side is polished. We were not aware that we paid top dollar for a sample slab-only after it was installed. While craftsmanship was good, buyer beware of the exact finish you're getting.

We wasted thousands and thousands of dollars on a countertop that they improperly sealed and they would not help us at all. They were absolutely vicious about it all and I would highly recommend everyone steer as far away from this company as they can!

I had my kitchen redone for the first time. My contractor suggested I call Karol at Perfect Granite…read moreand Marble. I picked out a beautiful Quartz slab. Karol the owner, called and told me that it was more than I needed for my countertop and suggested I come to the yard and pick out a remnant instead. But rather than me going to the yard in the rain that day, to pick one out, he actually picked out a similar one for me. So I didn't have to make the trip. Not only did he save me time that day he also saved me over $1000. I would suggest this business to anyone looking for countertops!!! The installation was quick. The result absolutely beautiful.

My spouse escalated our request to the owner, George, as he felt that is was Ablaze responsibility…read more George said he would look into the issue. We notified them on 6/12/24, on 6/24 George himself came out to look at the pan and measure the closet to see if a new appropriate drain pan would fit because not all comply with current codes. He ordered the new drain pan, scheduled to have it installed but also commented on the review I left, he asked if he could come by. We said he could come verify our statements when the pan was installed but his team Brian and David were well aware of a number of issues prior to our final payment. Today, August 2nd the new drain pan was installed as George did acknowledge that is the proper installation for the set-up we have. He also reviewed a number of items, offered to fix what he could. While it was a nice offer/gesture, our experience with the team (Brian & David and all the sub contractors) made it impossible for us to accept. George indicated he was not aware and that a number of these items could have easily been punch list items to be taken care, but that option was never given to us. George did in fact reimburse us for a different issue. I'm grateful George stepped in and that he was willing to at least look into it. I'm more grateful he acknowledged and did correct the drain pan and I appreciate his offer to correct what he could. The crew that was here did an excellent job (from what we can tell as of today). It's unfortunate it had to be escalated but I can confidently say, when it was, George did everything he could to get taken care of appropriately. He communicated frequently and everything went very smooth.
