I hired Blackrock to help with a home project and I STRONGLY SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE MAKE THAT MISTAKE. IN MY HOME, WITH MY FAMILY AROUND! * Spent 6 weeks stringing me along and never even came close to finishing * Damaged my walls, which we had to repair * Damaged an outdoor railing, which I had to pay to have repaired * Walked away with thousands of dollars of my family's money * Sent countless emails and texts promising to "be there tomorrow" * When they didn't show up, they said it was my fault for not putting a deadline stipulation in our contract * When they abandoned me and my family with a ridiculous mess, they said it's because our job is so small they shouldn't have taken it * Neve came back to collect their dirty, nasty equipment; which I had to remove from my home
