My husband and I have gone twice to Stone Cellar Bistro during their Saturday afternoon happy hour. We thoroughly enjoyed both visits. The food is excellent and the cocktails are well-crafted, unique, and seasonal. Due to high prices, this is not a regular spot for us; however, you really do get what you pay for here. The first time we went, we sat at the bar inside. Second visit we sat outside at the little sidewalk bar there. Just note that there isn't a lot of outside seating and nothing like a patio or anything. Service was top notch both times and the ambiance is classy without feeling uncomfortably fancy. I really also appreciate the classy little details that make all the difference in a quality impression, such as the leather cocktail menu covers and the ice cube branding. This last time we went I tried the Wine Fashioned, which was so delicious. My husband enjoyed his Fall Spritz drink. We shared the fondue and brisket and were so pleased! Thanks for great food, drinks, and service to help us celebrate our anniversary weekend!

This cozy little spot has super delicious plates that are easily shareable and are all made with very unique ingredients. We shared the duck rillette and the oxtail gnocchi. Both were outstanding! We sat in front of the kitchen at the bar and it was a great experience with super nice service.

Stone Cellars is a cute upscale creative restaurant in Old Town Arvada. I went there for Denver Restaurant Restaurant week girls night and its also great for date night too. The dishes we tried were beautifully presented, the fried chicken while not 'pretty' was delish, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. All the staff were super friendly and fun and I liked the decor, seems like a great place to stop by for drinks and dinner solo at the bar. I'll be back for sure. Great spot!

Damn, this was good! Stone Cellar Bistro is a cozy, small restaurant in the heart of Olde Town Arvada. I went for happy hour and ended up ordering everything on the happy hour menu--it was worth it. The drinks were phenomenal, and the food was amazing. After happy hour ended, we grabbed a few desserts, and they were out of this world. The service was great, even though we were just sitting at the bar. The staff, friendly and up for chatting while we relaxed. Stone Cellar Bistro is a new favorite spot. Excited to go back.

I wrapped up 2024 in the best way possible - with an incredible meal at one of my favorite spots in the Denver metro area Their five-course meal was Perfectly executed and paired with wines chosen by the swaggiest sommelier I've ever met. The service? Outstanding. The experience? Near perfect. Chef Brandon Kerr and his team change the menu daily, always working with the best and freshest ingredients. What we ordered: Scallop - champagne, caviar Monkfish - lobster dashi, smoked collards Duck Breast - celery root, bone jus N.Y. Strip - short rib, black truffle Cheesecake - cider, granita Best bites: I thought our first course was butter, but it turned out to be the most perfectly cooked scallop I've ever had. The caviar on top? A great touch (and yes, we may have turned it into a bump). The duck breast was perfectly cooked, and the bone jus with celery root brought everything together. The N.Y. strip was textbook medium rare, and the short rib made the perfect bite. And that cheesecake? Unreal - the tart cider granita made it next level.

We were celebrating our anniversary and this was just the place to do it. And looking back at my review from last year, this is becoming a habit. I had the most lovely steak served with stuffed squash blossoms. The steak was done perfectly and so tender. My husband had their fish offering which came with Palisade peaches and shishito peppers. He thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The fish was tender and delicate and paired so well with peach. The service here is always top notch. They have different menus depending on what is in season. I would recommend a reservation if you are planning to go on a weekend evening as the space is not large. They do have bar seating as well as some outside space.

loved the ambience and location. the host was friendly & our server very attentive, but not extra. the apps arrived quickly - they were so savory! once we polished that off, we felt as tho we were waiting fore-EH-vuhr for our entrees. it is very likely that we were so excited for the main event and were simply impatient. oh! but that main event!!!! double-YUM! one of us had the pork and the other a burger and boy oh boy were our tastebuds in hog heaven! we give everything that we devoured a ten!

Highly impressed always with this restaurant. We went for NYE and it couldn't have been more perfect. Eric, our server was fun and made the experience overall phenomenal. If you want a nice dinner that leaves your tastebuds speechless, go to stone cellar bistro!

We had the best birthday lunch at Stone Cellar. The food was masterfully created with flavors that were deliciously balanced and perfectly plated. This little chef owned restaurant has big city taste!!

Palisades peach, watermelon, and speck (ham) salad. Fresh and delicious!

Phenomenal food, great service and knowledgeable, passionate staff. I was taken by friends for a special dinner, and was not disappointed. Be sure to ask the staff for recommendations as they will take you on a delicious journey through your meal. And be sure to ask about dessert, you won't be disappointed.

First, the meal was very reasonably priced. We opted for "Walk with Us". That means each person picks a main course (centerpiece) and then everything else on the menu is included with everyone's meal. It was a lot of food and it was a lot of deliciousness. Some of our favorites: The cucumbers were spicy delicious, kimchi perfect, the grilled mushrooms earthy and tasty. Hey Kiddo is known for its fried chicken and it should be--tender, crisp, crunchy and with 3 dipping sauces. The Wagyu Beef Galbi is served Korean BBQ style, to wrap in a lettuce leaf. Pork Belly tender and meaty. The grilled sea bass, with a butter sauce and mussels tender, tasty and tremendous. Potato Pave must have had 30 layers- incredible presentation and taste. ...and the shaken rice, aka a work of art, when presented, then shaken and eaten. Everything Asian influenced Our server was impressive; he knew a lot about the quirky, but specially selected wines by the bottle and shared his knowledge about several as well as providing a great road map of the food courses. We could not have had a better experience without him. Don't skip on the cocktails--all good with some subtle twists on old classics. Now to the downside. The place is NOISY. We were seated early and the music was deafening already. Just blasting out of multiple speakers. Then as the restaurant filled up, and everyone started yelling at their tablemates, it was just too loud to enjoy the rest of the meal. Hard floors, no soundproofing and a room full of people enjoying themselves makes for a very loud atmosphere.

Found this location listed in the Michelin guide and thought... let's try it out? On the third story it's not your average restaurant set up... we were seated next to the kitchen where we got to see the magic! Johny was our waiter who was absolutely killing it! He and his whole staff were engaged, checking in, and even the chefs were bringing us our plates right to our table! Absolutely just one of the best experiences as we order the "Walk With Us" for 2. Walk with us: 5/5 Banchan style servings or tapas as I'm so used to... are ways of giving you the chefs vision of a story they want to paint with food. A taste so unique that I will say... only gets better as you keep going down this experience. Starters throughout the experience have so much flavor and textures that complement each other. The entrees... they get so much better.... Short rib Wagyu galbi that's so scrumptious and a Korean fried chicken that's crispy as can be with a perfectly cooked chicken through and through that's moist and just the perfect definition of a k-fried chicken! I would say my top 3 favorite bites would be: 1. Shaken rice 2. Oyster mushrooms 3. Entree meet: (chicken & beef) tied The chef who brought us the shaken rice explained the meaning behind the dish and what was in it... the back story is so wholesome and unique that it leaves you heartfelt and just happy to be sharing this experience. The oyster mushrooms have so much flavor... you would need to have them because. They mimic beef so well and they have been seasoned to perfection! Entrees.... Yes! They're that good! They will be a challenge to eat because everything else around you is also super good!!! The only thing I wish I would have tried would have been the milk rolls as they looked so good.... Also, he aware that there is a service charge for the walk with us as it is a full show and display of food. Think of it as a tip, but don't be scared to show them some extra love as it's well worth a star in my book. I hope they get one and I can come back and celebrate it! The venue was lively and everyone was so nice! 5/5 this is what you look for in an experience!

This was my first Culinary Dropout experience which was on a date night and dinner outing. There was ~45 minute wait for a table as it was "dinner rush hour" before the weekend. We were seated in the bar area at a high top so we were very close to live music performer! So that was an enjoyable portion of the experience! The interior was dimly lit, loud and lively, and offered a rustic but modern feel. Based on this experience, food was overpriced and mediocre. We tried the fish and chips ($23) and fried chicken ($26). We were disappointed the fish and chips were not served with fresh lemon to "baptize" the fried fish. Fries were limp and didn't seem fresh. Also thought the fried fish should have had a crispier crust. The fried chicken was good flavor and texture on fried crust but the white meat was very dry. Mashed potatoes and gravy were lukewarm and not served hot. Also I tried to season the mashed potatoes but the pepper grinder at the table was completely empty. Biscuit was dry, overcooked, and lacked butter. Probably will opt for other options next date night.

She was extremely busy with several other tables, so I asked Kellen who was walking past our table if, when he had a chance, he could simply bring us some more water. Kellen went above and beyond. Not only did he immediately refill our water glasses, but he also asked if he could clear all of our plates. We weren't even part of his assigned tables, yet he noticed that we needed assistance and willingly stepped in to help. I also noticed that Kellen appeared to be one of the younger members of the staff, which made his level of initiative and service stand out even more. My husband and I ordered: Mikan Buri Crudo, Foccacia, Ricotta Cavatelli, and Moulard Duck. All four dishes blew our mind. We forced ourselves to eat slow-er because we didn't want the amazing experience to end!! Our favorite dish of the night was the Mikan Buri Crudo. It had the best yellowtail we've ever had. It was a melt in your mouth type of dish. Perfectly paired with a citrus sauce, pineapple and other amazing ingredients ... I would travel and come back to wildflower for that dish alone. If you love fresh seafood and Crudo, I strongly suggest trying it. The duck probably comes in second to me. It was cooked perfectly.
