My permanent retainer broke and I called 10 other Orthodontists with no luck. I had the pleasure of calling Stoll Orthodontists and getting in the same day. While, they couldn't fix my permanent retainer because I wasn't a patient, they were able to remove the permanent retainer and have new night time retainers ready the next day. This was great because now I don't have a piece of metal in my mouth all the time and I don't have to worry about my teeth getting out of place. Overall, I am happy and they made some money. Customer service was 100/10. Will only visit Stoll going forward. read more

It's all gimmicks. That's all you're really getting here. Prizes, cookies and contests, but not much help with teeth. Your kids never see the same person. Very unorganized. Calls not returned. Wrong appliances ordered. There are a few really helpful staff members, but those people aren't the ones working on your kids' teeth. I even heard from a front office staff member that the back office (people working on teeth) were too busy to recognize failures in equipment patterns (looking at you coil expander!) or answer in depth questions. The most disappointing part for me was I went there based on Dr. Stoll's expertise, qualifications and demeanor. But we never saw him once treatment started, and they have you sign on the dotted line. I feel scammed. This place is strictly a money making machine, not quality dental healthcare. On two occasions the workers have failed to follow through with what they said they would do. unfortunately for me, these things had to do with getting coverage for a medical intervention. our account is a mess and they don't follow through unless it benefits their pocket book. read more

Beware of the lack of communication and the lack of people skills from the staff(Robin) at stoll orthodontics. If I could give 0 stars I would. All started good back in February of 2022 and we decided to have our 14 year old daughters teeth done. We paid over $4,000 in full, so we thought and all was well until my wife lost her job and then luckily I found a job and come January of 2023 we had to change our insurance but it was still with Cigna just a different plan. Nothing was said to us by stoll that we weren't covered by the new plan. Come July of 2023 stoll knew about this and never communicated to us that there was any problem. October rolls around and we receive a bill in the mail that states we owe $775. We had to terminate the contract and now left with my daughters teeth not being completed and a bill of $775. The office staff(Robin) was rude to my wife and just stated and shows my wife the fine print of how it is our fault that this happened. We paid of $4,000 for this and who reads the fine print. This all could have been avoided if stoll would have let us know back in February of this year that they don't accept our insurance. Communication is the key to every relationship in Life and stoll needs to work on theirs. We definitely will not be referring anybody to this business! read more

Quality of care is top notch. Staff is very warm and friendly and Dr Stoll is a perfectionist. I felt like the communication with the patient and parents always met expectations. I currently have two children with braces and they are both patients with Stoll Orthodontics. For younger patients they do a great job making the experience fun and exciting with different challenges/awards/promotions. The only thing keeping me from giving a perfect score is that scheduling was sometimes very difficult. I Have had my time wasted on many occasions at Dr. Stolls office. I Have had my appointment rescheduled 3 or 4 times which resulted in my treatment being delayed 3-4 months. Last time I went in they told me they were behind 15 minutes (not a big deal at that point), thirty minutes later I was told Dr. Stoll had a consultation that was more important than my appointment. They rescheduled me for three weeks later. As far as treatment. I have had Invisalign for almost 3 years (was supposed to be 20 months or less). My teeth definitely look better, but are still a bit crooked on the bottom fronts and my lateral incisors need to come down. I consistently had my trays in for at least 21 hours a Day. I have had several refinements with no real improvements. For the money spent, I am extremely disappointed in the results and tired of wearing the trays for 3 years. The front office staff and billing personnel were a plus, and the environment is good too, but the workmanship of the dental technicians was and remains lousy. Several aspects of Dr. Stoll's practice went well through Phase 1 such as the cost (which was fair) and the friendliness of staff, including Dr. Stoll. The repeated problems we ran into was poor workmanship by the young technicians however. On more than one occasion during phase 1 we had to make multiple appointments because "brackets were not attached securely" or "bonding wires were not secured correctly" as stated by the technicians themselves Each time was inconvenient as our son had to be pulled from school and driven across town. Feedback from other parents leads me to believe this is common at this practice as these technicians are rookies. I'd ask Dr. Stoll to either hire more knowledgeable technicians or get them better training so it doesn't have to come at the expense of his customers. read more

Staff is unwilling to work with you to schedule appointments. They are closed every Friday, and 1-2 days every month for all day meetings. They are additionally closed for all days students have out of school, including holidays, sometimes for weeks at a time. When you are told to scheduled an appointment within 2 weeks, and they have NO openings for 2 months, that is an issue. Don't take on new customers when you can't even serve your current ones. They also closed on a snowy day and didn't bother to notify us. When they finally called six hours after our appointment they refused to fit us in, and we had to schedule 2 month out again. This is ridiculous! Due to this my other two girls had orthodontics elsewhere! You have nothing but scheduling nightmares if you use Dr. Stoll or his team. Lastly, my daughter was promised a gaming system by the end of her treatment though a point system. She earned the maximum points on every visit, and midway through her treatment they overhauled the point system. Now she is disappointed and only able to get a maximum of a $50 gift card to Target. Let's see $200-$300 gaming system or $50 GC? Hmm Bait and switch. read more
