Unfortunately, my most recent experiences have been deeply disappointing. They said I needed 6 fillings which was a surprise as I take pretty decent care of my teeth and didn't encounter any pain or sensitivity beforehand. During my visits, a dental assistant, not the dentist, completed all of my fillings. Within two years, every single one of those fillings had to be redone because small gaps had formed between the filling and the tooth. I feel like I got unnecessary work performed and having all 6 fillings redone has caused unnecessary discomfort, additional appointments, and expenses that could have been avoided. After being a loyal patient for so many years, it's disheartening to feel that the focus is shifted more toward generating revenue than providing reliable treatment.

So I have found Peak dental, which has been great. Then I got this flyer in the mail saying since I hadn't been there in a while I could come in for a complementary exam and teeth whitening. I went to schedule it and apparently down in the tiny writing which, even after reading I don't totally see, if you have insurance, you are in eligible for this. Even though my insurance barely covers the exam let alone teeth whitening. So I will not go back.

I had a extract ion done and was told to take otc mediciation for pain relief. i spent this past weekend in excruciating pain and called the office on Monday Am to see if i could have something else to help relieve the pain only to be told that Dr J would be out until Thursday and i would have to wait until then. Unacceptable! !! I am so upset that they would allow one of their patients to be in horrible dental pain and not offer any other solution. I will be finding a new dentist.

I would avoid seeing Dr. Schubert, though. Dr. Schubert is incredibly condescending, rude, and unfair. If you have dental issues, she explains them to you like you are a moron, or a five-year-old child. Also, if you struggle to get time away from work on a week day, drive 1/2 an hour one way to see a good dentist, miss your exit, and still arrive within the 15-minute grace period of your appointment time (even if it is a 3 hour, important appointment, and the last appointment of the work day.) Dr. Schubert will send you away. She would rather cost one client hours of their work day, and hundreds of dollars, than leave work even one minute past the hour. She seems power driven. I like the other doctors who seem to genuinely care about their patients and their practice. I highly recommend this office as long as you avoid Dr. Schubert.

I was told that the best option would be to prep and crown every single tooth. Dr. Chae is truly remarkable. His craft and precision are SECOND TO NONE. This entire practice is elite. I know this because I'm a son of a dentist and I can confidently say that this practices the most elite practice that I've ever experienced in my long history of dental care. Dr. Chae crowned every tooth and my smile looks real to the extent that people have complimented me on my teeth not knowing that what they are seeing are actually crowns. I went from an eroded, shortened teeth due to grinding and ended up with a genuinely beautiful smile that sincerely looks 100% real. I have increased my dental hygiene to the extent that I have a water pick and toothbrush at work after I eat lunch. I am so happy with my smile that I want it to last as long as possible as I am 31 and presumably have a lot of life ahead of me. I feel confident in the longevity of the total mouth rehabilitation given the extreme detail that Dr. Chae practices (he redid what was supposed to be an original final crown because they were not exactly how he wanted them to be at no extra cost, but just because of his demanding of perfection to the extent that is possible). It was a long process, the full mouth rehabilitation took around 15 visits over 6 months of multiple sets of temporary crowns, each improving on the last. I would trust Dr. Chae with my mouth forever because I know that he simply demands perfection and I have responded to his enthusiasm by implementing a strict floss 2x daily, waterpick 3x daily, brush 3x daily because I want my mouth to look exactly how it does now for as long as possible. I am confident that this rehabilitation will last a very long time given my new dental hygiene routine. If anything were to change, I would only go to Dr. Chae and this practice. There are several prosthodontists and their performance I can tell is similarly detail oriented, and elite. But given the fact that Dr. Chae completely rehabilitated my mouth, I would go nowhere else. I supremely recommend this practice more than five stars. It is as top notch as you can get. I can confidently say that if I were a patient, I would trust Dr. Chae's treatment plan and work over anybody else. I am very grateful to the practice and I was extremely warmly received and I will never forget how good of an experience I had at this place.

First off, the office is super clean and the waiting area is cozy. Front office staff did a great job running my insurance and telling me what to expect to pay for my patient portion. Scheduling was easy and there is good availability. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning was thorough and also offered really helpful tips on how to take better care of my teeth. It was not a shaming experience. She was very friendly. In addition to x-rays, they take pictures of your mouth/teeth and broadcast them on the screen in front of you so you can really see what's going on in your mouth. It felt like a transparent process as opposed to somebody just telling me what I need done and charging a lot of money. Seeing the areas of concern really put it into perspective for me. When I actually had my crown done, I was able to bring in my own sunglasses and have headphones in so I didn't have to hear the buzzing drill. Patient chairs have a TV above so you can watch something while getting work done. All of the distraction was helpful- I made sure to focus on the TV and the music in my headphones and the dental work was done in no time. Dr. Lim (the dentist) is so nice and caring. I really appreciate that he thoroughly explained what I needed done and answered all of my questions. It's evident he cares about the health of his patients and wants to ensure they are comfortable. In my case, he was able to work swiftly on my crown and get me in and out quickly. It was a really lovely experience, one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Overall, I would definitely recommend Espire! 5/5.

This felt more like a tactic to collect money for unnecessary imaging rather than a genuine concern for patient care. Some people may not mind that, but I am the person that wants to be in and out of the dentist as soon as possible My husband recently went in for a cleaning, and they suggested he would eventually need a crown to replace a filling. He called 6 months later saying that he would like to get a crown and the receptionist ARGUED with him saying that he already had a crown on that tooth when he has never had a crown in his life... When he returned for a temporary crown, they hastily sent him home, only to call 30 minutes later, claiming they hadn't examined his images thoroughly enough to create a permanent crown. I fail to understand why they didn't triple-check the images before applying a temporary crown. They wanted him to return the next day so they could redo the images and he said I can't come in tomorrow but I am still available today. The woman he spoke to seemed extremely put-off that he wanted to come back the same day even when they were open for 4 more hours! In my overall opinion, this practice seems to be a little untrustworthy, with several employees displaying rudeness and a lack of professionalism.
