Super easy to book a new patient appointment on their website. Paperwork is seamless, and best of all, they take my insurance. All the staff I encountered, including Dr. Echt, are efficient and talented at their jobs. Aside from having to wait 30+ minutes in the operatory to get my teeth cleaned - I think they forgot about me - it was a smooth experience. I just took my child in to get some teeth pulled, and understandably he was very nervous. Dr. Nolan Brotherton was laughing while my son was crying, telling him it wasn't a big deal. It's a big deal! Acknowledge people! Then I told him we do not do epinephrine mixed with the numbing agent, and he became condescending, rude, and pushy, shrugging his shoulders and giving big expressions while saying "well, I guess we will just see if the regular stuff works on him then!" (Insinuating that it won't and that he will feel his teeth being yanked out). Telling me it's not a big deal (again!) and it's just a little bit and he's going to use it. No you're not! He proceeded without using it and my son did great, but our entire family, as well as extended family that I had referred there, will not be coming back. FYI his wife Jamie is much better but we haven't seen her there any of the visits in the last several years.

This group is BY FAR the best I ever experienced: from skillful practice, valuing maintaining peak current cognitive knowledge, to affective concern in valuing their patients. I also appreciate that this practice is owned by the practitioner dentists and not by a private equity investment group. Ownership of practices by these investment groups have ruined the quality of care for both practitioners and patients at so many "health care" providers in the U.S.

They said I needed 6 fillings which was a surprise as I take pretty decent care of my teeth and didn't encounter any pain or sensitivity beforehand. During my visits, a dental assistant, not the dentist, completed all of my fillings. Within two years, every single one of those fillings had to be redone because small gaps had formed between the filling and the tooth. I feel like I got unnecessary work performed and having all 6 fillings redone has caused unnecessary discomfort, additional appointments, and expenses that could have been avoided. After being a loyal patient for so many years, it's disheartening to feel that the focus is shifted more toward generating revenue than providing reliable treatment.

Called around and found cheaper office, called their office on Monday to cancel no one answered, called again on Tuesday no answer left message to cancelled the appointment, also did that on the text that they had sent for confirmation, Dr. Zeitlin called two minutes before the cancelled scheduled appointment and started to get pissy with me, I told him I had cancelled, he said "i just got your message", I told him no one answered my calls, and I did leave message and also texted, he said "I have gone out of my way to schedule this time for you" sure he did, considering he was $500 more expensive on just one tooth than the other office. I was given a hard copy of the estimate for $6600.00 that they had me sign at the same time along with the signature on the signature pad. I read every line on the computer along with all the extra terms, there was no mention of $250 for cancelled appointments, that would have been a huge red flag. On the last line there was a yes/no question: I agree to let this office run credit report. If no, then all fees are due at time of service. I chose no. They did bill my insurance for the visit. He has sent me a Financial agreement with the signature from the pad applied to it, they are the system administrator!!!!!!! They called my insurance and said they will pay $2000 towards your bill and the rest is out of pocket, at the other dentist they said your insurance will cover $1750 and the rest is out of pocket, that still was $500 cheaper than Dr. Zeitlin, as I have read more reviews of him it became clear to me that after the procedure he would have billed me the other $250 that his office misquoted. I strongly suggest you go else where!!!! Also, as if they do not make enough money doing dental work, they also do BOTOX, really dentist office doing BOTOX should have been my first red flag!!! Dr. Zeitlin may be a great dentist, he is from NY, his business practice and how they have BILLED ME $1000.00 FOR CANCELLED APPOINTMENT IS SHADY AND OUT RIGHT EXTORTION!!!!! Read the reviews on their own site/ bird eye, many unhappy patients. Many others on other sites too, yes I already have printed those to back my calim as well!!!!
