What can be better than great creative well presented food?? A warm and inviting staff!!! The hotel is pretty awesome too. Staying close to the waterfront to catch a cruise. Will be back! Special shout out to Diana! Great service!

I did random google and found this place. I got crab scotch cake with decent sized portion and great service. I thought the food complimented well with the sauce and flavors.

We stayed at the hotel and had probably one of the best breakfasts in quite sometime. I had butter chicken eggs Benedict, our good friend had avocado toast and my husband had the crab scotch egg. All three dishes were phenomenal. I was hesitant to try the butter chicken eggs Benedict because these are two of my favorite dishes. I'm so glad I took the leap. My husband loves scotch eggs and will order them if they're on a menu, these were sublime. He even shared a bite! Definitely stop in for a meal

Such a great deal on "The Board". I wish I took a pix but obviously it was that good and it was all gone. They have this $40 charcuterie board where hummus, pickle cucumber, olives, bread and rice crackers come with it and the best is you get to pick 3 more choices for the board. The choices ain't short. I tried the Brie, salmon spread and wow - the pork belly is delicious!!!! I could have ordered 2 board for 3 ppl, but instead we ordered a main - Katsu Taco. I've tried fish taco, beef taco, carnitas taco but not Katsu. It was surprisingly good. Services is very professional because restaurant is set inside the hotel setting. It met its expectation.

Michelin missed a recommendation.! Try the boards with their incredible quality and variety of tastes. The Scottish egg...incredible. Hiy tuna melt in your mouth. Adrian served, gracious and friendly. Unique menu worth the trip downtown

Expensive but crafted cocktails and good food boards that look out of a magazine. Garnishes are on point for the drinks. Had the purple cloud and it was well balanced and unique. The meat and cheese board goes beyond a standard charcuterie with scotch eggs and baked brie in a little pan. Even the dips have a twist, like beet hummus instead of regular hummus or the feta whip. The tortillas on the tacos were a bit thick, so I think those could be upgraded. The service was quite good, with the server coming back frequently to top up water and check on everything. The space itself is a bit strange as it's kind of on a split level from the lobby and actually quite small. It was surprisingly busy, however, so reservations are recommended. Would recommend for happy hour.

Stock and Supply was my pick for drinks with friends after dinner out. The drinks were great. Service was lackluster. It took absolutely FOREVER to get drinks. Alcohol AND water. We all ordered drinks off of their cocktail menu for our first round, except my friend's husband who had a Whiskey Sour. I had The Odd One: Odd Society Wallflower Gin, Odd Society Crème de Cassis, Phillips Dry Tonic & Lime. It was nice. Good gin and good overall flavor. My next drink I just went for a staple, my favorite, a Negroni and I got an Empress Negroni since we are IN Canada! My husband had East Meets west: Odd Society Wallflower Gin, Odd Society Crème de Cassis, Sparkling Wine & Lemon. I didn't like it as it was too sweet for me, but he enjoyed it. Next he had the Island Frost: Long Table Akavit, Blue Curaco, Citrus Syrup & Lemon. My friend also had that for her second drink. And they both remarked on how sweet it was. She equated it to a popsicle. So NO need for me to try it. We didn't eat, as we had come specifically to drink after dinner. They've got good drinks but I can't say I would return since the service was mediocre at best in comparison to what I've had in Vancity this week in other places. I know it was busy but so have other spots we have been at and we were never left with empty water or cocktail glasses by choice elsewhere. Decent cocktails okay atmosphere (it was VERY loud,) and meh service.

Stock & Supply offers a unique menu and experience. Their specialty are boards that can be customized and eaten as an appetizer or meal. You won't be disappointed; there is a high attention to quality and detail in every dish.

FYI the restaurant has recently reopened but no more custom boards due to the shortage of staff. finally got to try this restaurant out - it was supposed to be my bday restaurant like 2 yrs ago before covid decided to rain on everyone's parade. caught up with p, who s and i haven't seen for a while. we were all at the restaurant early (lol unplanned) and started hh early. there is a limited menu - again due to staffing - and we ordered the chili lime wings, brussel sprouts, hummus and truffle fries. i loved the wings, sprouts and fries. i found the hummus a little bland but it balanced out with all the other flavours on the table. i wanted to give a shout out to our server/bartender. he was super attentive and provided a great gin suggestion when i needed it. i started off with east meet west - an upscale version of french 75. then i had the hh rum punch - you def get your bang for your buck with this one. i had sips of the sangrias - both red and white - and found them to be on the sweeter side. i ended the night with my go-to g&t, with the recommendation of the deep cove distillers mediterranean gin. it was herbal and juniper-y - i was surprised by the strong herbal taste but it wasn't so bad that i couldn't drink it. once the custom boards return, i'm def returning!

We came here for a Winnie the Pooh Afternoon Tea. Oh my goodness...it far exceeded my expectations!…read moreHats off to the kitchen staff for coming up with such a creative and whimsical afternoon tea. First thing that caught my eye was the cover of the afternoon tea menu. It was red with a picture of Winnie the Pooh and Christopher Robin printed upon it in a shiny gold colour. When flipped over, it had the menu for the afternoon tea printed upon it. I was super impressed that they even had a separate menu printed for Vegetarians. (I opted for a Vegetarian menu). There was a cute little ceramic jar that was shaped like a Honey pot, and it had sugar cubes in it! Then there was this booklet that was pages long, and divided into Chapters. It was basically the menu again, but in the form of a small book. Each Chapter of the book described different foods from the afternoon tea. The last chapter listed all the different tea flavors one could choose. When we sat down and read this menu, I heard more than one person at the table say that they wanted to take this menu home. Guess what? For the price of $25, one could take this menu home as a memento of this extraordinary afternoon tea? Maybe I'm a bit of a sucker, but how often does one get to go to an afternoon tea as special as this? And I've always been a huge fan of Winnie the Pooh. So I coughed up the $25 and brought one of these menus home with us! Food was sooo good. I loved how warm the scone was when I cut it open. This was one of my favourite items. The sandwiches were amongst my favourites as well. As phenomenal as the experience was, I do think there are a few things which could have improved the experience. For one, a bit more service would have been appreciated. I had to wave my hand in the air to get our server's attention so that I could ask her to refill our tea pots with more hot water. Would have been nice if she'd just come around a bit more often and offered to top it up for us. Tea cozies on our tea pots might have been another improvement. A lot of my tea cooled down by the time I got to it. I like my tea hot but I didn't get in very many cups of hot tea as there was a lot of food to eat and by the time I was ready to pour myself some tea to wash down my food, the tea was...not so hot anymore. Oh, and while most of the food was appropriately sized, there was this one chocolate cookie sandwich that was really gigantic and suggested to be eaten last. We were so full already from all the other foods in the afternoon tea, and then to squeeze that giant cookie sandwich in...right at the end? A smaller and daintier cookie sandwich would have been preferred. It was overall a truly phenomenal experience. Yes, I do think it could have been slightly better, but I do emphasize the word "slightly". The points lost were so minor...I would still highly recommend this afternoon tea to anyone. It was well worth the money. It's offered every weekend for now but not sure how long they'll keep this around so if you're interested in a Winnie the Pooh themed afternoon tea, I'd make a reservation for it ASAP!

The setting is cosy and relaxed atmosphere. Staff was lovely and we were not rushed. Unfortunately they require full payment at the time of booking including a tip % automatically applied. I find this quite distasteful. It is one thing to pay a deposit to secure our spot ....but asking for the tip for a service yet to be provided is terrible. My friend really wanted to go and therefore I agreed to it this one time but I would never do it again.

We sat indoors with the option to be seated outdoors with heated lamps but we didn't want to smell the smoke from people smoking outside. We ordered the Dark Spell Latte, Albedo Spritz, and Final Word. The Dark Spell Latte is like an espresso martini with chocolate syrup added, which is pretty solid. The Albedo Spritz is a red wine cocktail with hard liquor, and stood out to me as they had 5oz of alcohol so this was fairly strong, but I would imagine most of the ounces came from the wine itself. I liked the gold dusted blackberry. The Final Word is fruity and smoky, which I enjoyed, but not warrant a hefty price tag compared to the other drinks. Service is decent and in line with other restaurant bars. Overall, solid drinks at okay prices that I can see myself recommending this spot. Given the name, it would be great to see more alchemy themed cocktails or decor as what draws me as a frequent bar goer is themed and unique drinks.

I started with the dangerous liaison cocktail (beefeater gin, peach, lemon, sugar, butterfly pea flower). This was a solid drink, refreshing and hit the spot. My second drink was spreadsheet (beefeater, st. germain, lime, strawberry syrup, green strawberry bitters). I enjoyed this drink better as it wasn't too sweet and the flavor profile was more to my taste when it comes to cocktails. I'm happy to have found another bar to add to my list of places to grab a good drink in Vancouver.
