This place is in a small strip ofc Main. Super convenient! The weather this. Particular day was nice, so I stepped in easy breezy! I had one pair of slacks that I needed both shortened and made into slim fit. I was a bit worried because I needed a quick turn around for my engagement photos, but that worry was not necessary! The price was well below what I had expected or have paid elsewhere, and it was done in no time! Most of all, the owner/tailor so sweet, and at a tine where (safe) direct, in-person human interaction is at a minimum I appreciated it all the more.

When I went to pick them up I immediately told them the hem was not what I asked for but was told oh yes this original hem. I had a 2nd pair in a different color took it back up and showed them the difference. Was met with obstinate and difficult attitude. They basically said oh well too bad for you. I paid $24. They told me the hem as was originally made took more time. I would say never use this place if you want it done right.

I dropped off a faux fur blanket and a dress I bought from a…read morelocal designer in Greece - blanket totally ruined, and dress now covered in snags and stains that were not previously there. Faux Fur Blanket - they told me upfront that it was damaged and offered to refund the $35 dry clean. I told them the cost of the West Elm blanket and asked for them to pay for a new one. After about 20-30 minutes of waiting while they went back and forth with their manager, they agreed and apologized profusely. They asked me not to write a negative review, and I was not going to as they apologized and paid for the item, BUT that was until I got home and saw my dress ruined, and they refused to admit fault. Dress - VERY different experience - women working in the front was very rude this time and refused to responsibility for the damages. She told me the stains and snags were there previously, which is an objective lie and I have countless photos of me wearing the dress (wore it ONE time). She refused to admit any responsibility despite causing numerous stains and snags. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to tell me what day or time he works. I asked for him to call me, she told me not possible. I asked for him to email me, also not possible. She could offer nothing other than for me to call the store every day and ask if he was in the store. I wish I never came here. Do not recommend. Do not trust this business with anything you care about. EDIT: I talked to 3 women - one of which was named Pooja, not sure what the others names were. The women with glasses was the women with the dress who refused to accept any fault or take my complaints seriously. Pooja was very kind and apologetic and happy to do what she could to try to make things right when she saw the dress on my 3rd visit back here. She brought out the dry cleaner who was kind as well and willing to try to get the stains out - still no acknowledgment of the new snags though, and told it was just the material.

I have lost a ton of weight and everyone knows the sorrow that comes with losing your favorite pair of jeans. I figured I'd try and have them taken in. Over 6 inches were taken out of my jeans and even with that, the lines and seams are unnoticeable touched! perfect work and ALL 3 fit beautifully in ALL the right places! if you need a tailor, do not hesitate to call! Quality of work ZERO! Dont go here…read more I had my work uniform altered here a month ago, I spend around $100 to alter 1 pair of pants ( adjust the inseam length )and 2 shirts. Within a month stitches on my pants started coming off. I brought it back to them asap, and they were wanting me to pay half of the original price to fix it. Fact that it did not last a month for the price I paid and on top of that not owning their poor quality of work is what made me write this review. Can't stress enough quality of their work is sloppy and unprofessional.
