Overall, the combination of strict rules, cleanliness issues, and unfriendly members makes this gym hard to recommend. There are better options nearby that value both safety and customer experience.

I have been taking yoga classes on Monday and Wednesday morning which makes such a difference in my overall health and stress. The instructor is so wonderful and really makes the class enjoyable. The only thing I don't like is that some people come and go right in the middle of the class. I understand running a few minutes late (been there!) but when it's an hour class and you leave 30 minutes in that's weird. Plus if you are then have all your stuff outside in a locker so you don't disturb everyone. Sorry that's a side rant ;) My kid has been doing swimming lessons here for about six months and that has been great as well. Again, all of the instructors are so warm and welcoming. The pricing for the core is a little odd. It's $4 a day so you have to go quite a bit. We did the math and it's $500 for a family, which is 125 individual visits. For a family of 4 you'd have to each go 3 times a month for it to be worth it. Since I'm doing the classes twice a week it works for our family, but if you go only once a week it actually may be more cost effective to just pay for each class. I would recommend going for a couple months and then buy a membership if you make it a regular habit. All in all it's a great facility that's well managed and super clean. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

All staff from the front desk, trainers, and cleaning crew are friendly and helpful. I took advantage of the free training session with Gigi Walls. Together we worked on a sustainable plan. I was never badgered to buy any supplements or further training. However, I enjoyed our session and booked some more. I'm down 22lbs and feel fantastic. I weight train and take the Alpha class(Vic is great). Gigi is encouraging and really listened to my concerns and goals. My husband does training with Manuel and has seen similar improvements. The pools and locker rooms are very clean. Dry sauna, chill pool, and hot tubs are available at this location. So sorry we waited so long to join.

Just came back and didn't see much difference other than the closed down basketball are which I'm fine with maybe there will be less lockers break ins. They added a new functional fitness area there. The restrooms are all screwed up the doors either are to close to the wall to close fully or they are to far from the wall to close so the doors never secure. The tile looks the same as before dirty. The lockers look better they have been fixed and updated. Most of not all the machines look in working order.hacent seen sauna before it was really nasty and dirty thet posted that it was suppose to get renewed with new wood hopefully they upgraded it. As usual the floors are dirty with hairball no one ever gear cleaning. LA FITNESS yall want to jack up prices? For what exactly? Closed the coppell gym for about 8 or 9 months and our membership is going up there smh. I will say its still better than Planet *crapness* Fitness but not worth a spike in dues. Also just noticed they took away some of the equipment and added stuff that was really not needed. Individual bicep, triceps, and leg curl machine are gone. Those some of the best machines if you suffered from injuries on certain body part. Oh and 2 of the stair machines are busted still. 1.2 million maybe on the new club in coppell but Def not here. The equipment is outdated and clearly hasn't been maintained in years. The staff are just as disappointing. Instead of doing their jobs, they stand around talking to each other, completely ignoring the condition of the gym and the people paying to be there. There's zero accountability and no sense of professionalism. What makes it worse is how much this place has declined. It used to be open 24 hours and had a kid center--both gone. Those were the only things that made it worth dealing with, and now they've stripped those away without improving anything else. At this point, the only thing keeping this place afloat is the Zumba class, I don't know how they were able to get this talent, but he makes it bearable. And he has to work with faulty equipment, so OUTDATED and the stop working in the middle of a song. Everything else feels like it's falling apart. Management should seriously consider shutting this place down and starting over, because right now it's embarrassing. Denton location puts this place to shame.
