The location is very convienient, right off of 121. The gym is stocked with plenty of CF equipment and the amenities are on point (multiple showers, a/c, heater, etc). My favorite is the coaching and programing! I always feel the coaches are attentive and helping me improve. The programing always varies to include different movements that keep me challenged and motivated! I love it here!!

I took the 5:30 A.M. class this morning before my run and boy am I glad that I did!! I got a total body strength training workout and I'm already feeling the soreness as I type. If you are looking for a true community of fitness minded individuals this is IT. Plus, there are all sorts of running trails in the area (for my running peeps) so you could make it a double dose. But you can tell the instructors really care about the community here and are genuine and that is something that is so crucial when choosing a fitness program. I even met the owner Jesse who was so friendly and hands on! I would love to and plan on returning to this gym simply because of the incredible warm welcome. If you are training for a competition this is the place to be as well. They have all of the competitors on the wall for motivation. Thank you!! 10 stars!! Even though I've been a loyal customer, the one time I forgot my 5-year old daughter's water, they wouldn't give me a cup for water because I didn't have a $1 to pay for the disposable cup that cost them 1 cent or less. They take in an innumerable amount of money from this community and literally don't give a sh$& about the people in it. I explained that the cup of water was for my 5-year old and I didn't have a $1, but it made no difference.

So, I have gotten into the habit lately of hitting up a yoga class of some sort in the evenings…read moreafter a long day at work, and before teaching my class in the early mornings. Thankfully, ClassPass has made this so much easier to switch it UP! As a part time fitness instructor with a very strong routine, I constantly find myself craving variety. This place has been on my hit list for a while and I was so happy to be able to finally go last night! And boy, am I glad I did. I tried the hot vinyasa class with Lesa and it was 60 minutes of hot and sweaty bliss. The room was packed and the VYBE was jumping! I was warmly greeted and even though I arrived a few minutes before class Lesa greeted me happily and showed me the ropes. They have towels and water/beverages for purchase. BYO yoga mat but they have those as well. The salt lamps in the studio were a beautiful touch and so were the essential oils. I parked my mat pretty close to the diffuser so I was LOVING the aromatherapy while I got my yoga on. Lesa's class was a booty kicker but she also broke it down and provided modifiers for those of us who aren't so limber but aspire to be (raises hand). Blame my tight endurance athlete hamstrings. At the end of the 60 minutes they provide you with essential oil infused cold towels. The Lakeside area is the perfect location, surrounded by luxury living as well as an abundance of retail shops. The community seems very tight knit here as well. Thankful I was able to come here and cannot wait to use my ClassPass to return for another hot class soon and very soon!!

One great perk they offer for new clients is that if you pay for one session, you get a free week of bootcamp classes. Our trainer, Shannon, was excellent! Since I hadn't trained in a while and wasn't in the best shape, she took the time to demonstrate each exercise before having me complete the reps. The facility is well-equipped, with a large training area and dedicated equipment space. What sets Steadfast apart from traditional gyms is its structured and supportive training approach.
