Cozy eatery close to home. Delicious burgers and sandwiches at lunchtime when we've gone. Prices a tad high, but not outrageous.

The space…read moreis beautiful: soft lighting, velvet seating, gold accents, and plenty of greenery and flowers that make it feel cozy yet chic. It's the kind of place you actually want to linger in. I stopped in for a quick treat and coffee. The espresso was smooth and bold, served in a gorgeous black and gold cup, and the desserts looked almost too pretty to eat. I tried the chocolate cake (both the whipped cream with sprinkles and the ganache-topped slice) along with a caramel-topped panna cotta. Everything tasted fresh and felt thoughtfully made. It's a perfect spot for meeting a friend, grabbing something sweet after lunch, or even just enjoying a quiet coffee in a beautiful setting. Definitely happy to have a place like this in the neighborhood.

I fell in love with the place the moment I walked in. It's located in a small strip mall, so a good amount of parking. It has a bright, modern, warm inviting interior. Staff were super friendly, service was quick, & most importantly the coffee and desserts were perfection. We had a latte, large espressos, they do espressos by small or large, not single, double, or triple, & an assortment of desserts. Everything gets an A! This would definitely be a go-to for me, if it weren't so far away. I guess the next time I visit these friends, I'll have to make a return visit.

The only thing I saw had nuts was the chocolate bark with almonds which we got the dark chocolate version of it. I'm honestly not sure how long the chocolate has been out for I didn't seem that fresh and it was $8 for four pieces so pretty pricey for something that was mid and forgettable. would not recommend any of the 'fresh' items. shop was dark and a bit dingy.

The building itself boasts a cozy, cabin feel-a building style, uniquely known to the Lake Mohawk Area. The warm feeling you experience walking into the store is equally matched by the ownership. Yvette is a true "Candy Lady." She loves what she does and is always willing to go above and beyond for her customers. So many unique goodies. All of the classic candies (Razzles, Violets, Candy Cigarettes) will evoke nostalgic memories. The Jelly Belly wall has every flavor you could imagine- and ones you wouldn't even think of. If you're a chocolate lover, good news... the chocolate treats made in-store are not only DELICIOUS, but nut free and egg free as well. THE GELATO IS TO DIE FOR (chocolate coffee and pistachio are my favorite!) If you're ever in the Lake Mohawk area, it's definitely worth stopping in. There really is something for everyone.
