Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of our expectations. To start with the positives, Mango's is absolutely beautiful. The décor, atmosphere, and overall aesthetic are impressive and create a vibrant, energetic environment. It's clear that a lot of thought went into the appearance of the venue. However, the dining experience was extremely disappointing. Our party of nine waited over two hours for our food to arrive. To make matters worse, one person in our group received their meal approximately 45 minutes before everyone else. No table should have to watch one guest eat while the rest wait nearly an hour for their meals. There were also issues with order accuracy. One member of our party ordered steak and rice but was served steak and french fries instead. After bringing the mistake to the staff's attention, the rice was never provided, and he was ultimately expected to accept the incorrect order. Service throughout the evening was inconsistent. At one point, our table of nine requested water and was initially given only a single bottle for the entire table. We had to repeatedly ask for additional water and other basic dining needs. What was most disappointing was the lack of resolution. We respectfully brought our concerns to a supervisor, hoping the situation would be addressed appropriately. Unfortunately, the response was underwhelming, and any accommodation offered felt more like an afterthought than a genuine effort to make things right. We came in excited to enjoy a family dining experience at one of Orlando's well-known venues. Instead, we spent much of the evening waiting, following up on missing items, and trying to resolve issues that should not have occurred in the first place. While Mango's delivers on atmosphere and appearance, the service, food timing, and customer care left our family disappointed. We sincerely hope management addresses these issues, because the venue itself has the potential to provide a much better experience than what we received.

Nothing really stood out and felt over-priced compared to other Mediterranean cuisines in the area. If you want a glam night, go for it! If you want reasonable prices and high-quality food, then you can skip this one. But maybe at least grab a drink at their bar.

We went on a Friday night which is ladies night a group of 5 of us and we had the best night. Ladies get in free and drink free until 10pm FYI. The only con was the parking , we ended up paying like $25 to park in the parking garage for 5 hours and never again. I will valet instead because the pointe Orlando garage is a hot mess ( I'll save that for another review ) Back to fun ! We all rode the bull and I am happy to say I got the bell rang 2 out of the 3 times that I rode ( those track legs came in handy) lol. When I first arrived there around 7pm, which is there opening time, the security staff were just showing up, and they didn't think the facility was opened yet. So I went to my restaurant first, had dinner, then came back around 8:30. The place was open, and there was no line. Security staff screened me using a handheld metal detector, and kindly let me in. They did inform me that I could not bring outside food with me, but were very nice to valet it for me. I directly went to the bar and just had a diet coke for 4 dollars. Yup, it's a little pricey, but what did you expect for a tourist area? Honestly, I didn't come here for the food and drinks. It's obvious you know why I came. The star attraction is of course, the mechanical bull. It's not a PBR without the bull, and there were a few people riding it. Of course, I took a ride too, and had a lot of fun (hint: if you want a fun ride at your own pace, be sure to tip the ride operator). The operator did an excellent job controlling the bull at my desired pace, and it was a great practice for the real thing (yes my friends, I been cleared to ride the real ones again ). After riding, I headed back out. Security and check in area gave me my bag back and wished me farewell. I was quite impressed with the great service and friendly staff, especially from security (the bouncers). They took great care of me, and mechanical bull operator did a great job giving everyone a fun ride. The music was pretty loud and they were some people line dancing too. The bar area is both indoors and outdoors, so if you don't want to go though security or pay cover charge, you can still drink outdoors. But the indoor area has the better vibe, and the bull ride, so it is better to be indoors. There were saddle seats too, but they were occupied when I was there. I wasn't sure what's the cover charge as I had a coupon to get in for free. This country bar is definitely much better than the defunct Cowgirls bar that was at Icon Park. The vibes here seemed a lot better. The drinks looked to be a bit expensive, but at least the bull rides are free if you buy a food or drink. And parking is validated too. So it's well worth it for a bull ride and free parking to go through the friendly security check and buy a food or drink. Overall: A

A place to go with friends where we can still hear each other talk, have drinks and of course listen to Jazz. Orlando has so many genres or music and experiences, however, Jazz was a missing piece. We came early and were greeted by the venue manager who was amazing. He explained that each table has a QR Code where you can order a Pizza from the new pizza place downstairs that replaced the Robinson Coffee shop. This really came in handy as we got lost in the vibe, were hungry but didn't want to leave. The pizza was a super thin crust, quality pepperoni, and just overall really hit the spot. For drinks, they have a happy hour Thursday - Sunday from 7pm-10pm with half off all of their cocktails. My choice was the Tequila Mockingbird, a playful play on words for the book "To Kill A Mockingbird". It's Tequila, Aperol, Passionfruit, Lemon and Vanilla. Incredibly tasty and dangerous because it goes down so easy. We had an amazing evening with friends, talking, laughing and celebrating my husband for his birthday. The live Jazz starts at 10pm and they close at 1am, which is great because I don't want to be downtown when all of the other bars and venues are closing anyways. I went on a Saturday night, but the experience was very different from what I expected. The music was more in the style of 1920s/1930s traditional jazz--slower, classic, and more suited as background ambiance rather than something you'd sing or dance along to. It wasn't the modern, upbeat, or R&B-infused jazz vibe I had anticipated, so for me, it fell flat in terms of energy. The aesthetic, though, is stunning. The space feels like a speakeasy, complete with a hidden bookshelf entrance, and the decor is unique and perfect for Instagrammable moments. It's definitely a place where you could get some amazing photos, and I'd honestly consider coming back during the day for a shoot. Service-wise, my experience was mixed. We waited at the bar for a while with no acknowledgment from the male bartender, even as he poured drinks right in front of us. It wasn't until we moved to the other side where the female bartender immediately greeted us and kindly said she'd be right with us. I really appreciated her hospitality, but it did leave a sour taste that we were ignored at first. Overall, if you're looking for a lively night out with interactive music you can vibe with, this may not be the spot. But if you enjoy classic 1920s jazz in a beautifully designed space--or if you're looking for a unique backdrop for photos--then Phoenix Jazz Club might be worth checking out.
