Very disappointing experience. We arrived, paid for our hookah without any issues, and the staff seated us. A few minutes later, they told us we had to get up because another party had apparently reserved the table. If the table was reserved, they never should have seated us there in the first place. We asked for a refund since the situation was their mistake, but instead of processing it, they tried to convince us to sit back down somewhere else. We had to ask for a refund three separate times before they finally gave it to us. What should have been a simple apology and refund turned into an unnecessary hassle. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unprofessional and frustrating. Customer service could definitely be improved. read more

Always a vibe. Small venue , but good service. They open pretty late so the later you're there the more people will come and it will get packed so expect slower service at the bar but still good. Prices and music are pretty decent. I don't recall them having a food menu. read more

The bartenders paid us no attention. We stood there for at least 15 to 20 minutes before being serviced. The bartender, a young Hispanic woman, served us with an attitude. I believe she was racist. We received a drink that taste abnormal, which caused me to have vomiting and diarrhea the same night. The place overall is small, not diverse and expensive. There was also no seating available if you weren't getting a section. The service was subpar! We will not be returning. Was on vacation and wanted a hookah so I decided to stop here on a Thursday night. Wasn't busy at all - they had cute Halloween decor inside that was so cute. I decided to get their $40 special for the premium glass hookah, glass hose, LED base, special flavor, pineapple bowl and a few other things that I can't think of at the time of writing this. The hookah is much pricier than I usually pay for a hookah in Jacksonville where I live but this was also a "premium" hookah - for all the extras you get it's worth it. They use HMDs on the hookah which I love to see. The hookah was probably one of the smoothest hookahs I have ever hit. 10/10 would recommend this place. read more

They overcharge for bottles (which they sell illegally because they do not have their liquor license) after paying $300 for one small bottle and a hookah some people who were in the VIP beside us almost knocked over our hookah, when my husband tried to advise them to be careful they thought he was attempting to start an altercation. These people were just looking for trouble. They ended up charging after my husband and the owner of the lounge who is very bias and racist kicked us out when we did not do anything and ended up keeping the others inside because of their race. We tried to explain the situation so we could continue enjoying our night peacefully.. even the security guard was trying to tell the owner that we were not the aggressor, but the owner dismissed us and closed the door on us. Our whole night was ruined... What's also super cool, they have HH EERRYDAY from 5-7p that includes Hookah specials at $10.99, deals on buckets of beer, and 20% off all wine bottles (they have quite a selection!). They also have specials earlier in the week for ex. hookah + buckets, and later in the week there's a live DJ. Although, I feel the playlist is always poppin on any given day. I haven't been here in a about two years and it's changed... a lot. Not sure how i feel about it considering I used to be a usual for two or so years but I guess I'll have to see. They now have a security guard outside which got me thinking something has stirred up that they now need to have that type or reinforcement and the entire staff is different.
