From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. Nancy greeted us with a genuine smile and actually seemed happy to see us. That may sound like a small thing, but these days it means a lot to walk into a restaurant and immediately feel like they are happy to have you as a guest. Mia was our server and she was AMAZING. If you're going to The Pub, ask for Mia! She was friendly, attentive, gave us great service, and most importantly, never made us feel rushed. We arrived around 7 PM and didn't leave until after 8. We were able to relax, enjoy our food, talk, and celebrate 20 years together. Caroline, one of the managers, was also wonderful, as was another manager Arabella exceeded our expectations! Everyone we interacted with made the evening better at the Pointe Orlando location. The restaurant itself is beautiful. I loved the wall décor, comfortable seating, lighting, and overall atmosphere.
