I asked him for my money back and that I didn't wanted their food anymore. He stated that "the receipts shows on the bottom that no refunds are accepted" FUNNY THING HE NEVER GAVE US A RECEIPT. I'll upload what he gave us. And I kept asking for my refund. He REPRINTS a receipts and instead of handing it to me Throws it on the counter. I walked out because my kids were with me but ILL NEVER come back to eat here again and I truly do wish the owner checks the cameras to see the kind of employees he has working in his business. I was seated facing the front door, but my husband mentioned there were at least 4 employees up front and more in the back. It was a while before we got the utensils we needed and water and anything else we wanted to add on to our original order. After a pretty long wait, the food was alright but not too special. However the price was pretty decent. If we would try this place again, we might just order food to go during a time when they're not too busy. Customers have to fill out paper forms to build their bowls, which feels a bit unnecessary. I'd rather just tell the staff what I want instead of using extra paper for every order.
