Do not go here. The owner was very disinterested in helping with creating my t shirts. As soon as I entered the store, he was texting on his phone the entire time and did not make eye contact with me or ask me questions about what I needed. I asked him to create 5 simple heat press t shirts and he did not do any of them at all. He did not call or message me throughout the week and was very unresponsive and was impossible to get a hold of. I went to retrieve my shirts after giving him 1 week, and he said that he was sick and could not make it into work that day. And not once in those 7 days he could contact me saying he was not able to do my shirts. Leaving me with ZERO shirts. I understand that someone can get sick and be under the weather, but if you're not able to do something for a customer that you promised, please contact that customer and tell them what is going on instead of leaving them with no idea of what is happening. I drove from Waimea (1 hour away) to pick up these shirts and the least you could do is give me a phone call and give me time to find someone else who could carry out what you could not do. Oh yeah, that same day that he said he was at home sick, he was actually on Facebook Live singing. So much for honesty and professionalism. read more
