That means we placed an order and didn't receive it until 5 months later. My company set up a very simple, clean, spreadsheet, complete with pantone colors and even then the directions weren't followed, and the colors wrong. We are an understanding company that allows for mess ups, we are all human, however the amount of error and costs created are ridiculous- not to mention the time waisted! He was very fast at responding to my emails, making this a painless process. I was having a design that a friend created turned into a vinyl sticker. I was able to complete everything (price quotes, exchanging of art to be printed, and payment) all over email/phone. The only time I needed to go down to the shop was when the product was ready for pickup. It was so convenient, especially because they are located in Chinatown, across from piers 13 & 14.
