Ordering was simple and quick as always with Jessie. Our design needed to be cleaned up, and the crew did an amazing job getting it print-ready. We were also on a short timeline, so the turn around time was greatly appreciated. The grads loved their shirts, and other vendors at the event complimented the shirts as well. We can go on forever about how great the Printhouse Maui ohana is. Mahalo for making great quality shirts quickly and with fair pricing. 200% recommended them.

Printhouse Maui was able to take our request for shirts and pull a tight turn around for us. What I especially liked about the service is they kept is real with high integrity through the process and even after. Our organization LOVES the shirts, quality of the print, and we will absolutely be coming back again! Their new machine is AWESOME and has greatly increased their ability to complete large orders quickly. We found the pricing to be reasonable (even for a nonprofit) with an end product that exceeds expectations.

Beyond friendly in person service and conversation, they recently went above and beyond for me. I was attending an Aloha festival that they had a booth at. I came across a sweatshirt that I really wanted. I don't have any trips planned currently, and thought I would message them to see if they would mind bringing one in my color and size to the festival. They happily accommodated and I got to meet Renee and Julio, who were both lovely. And I got my sweatshirt! It wasn't part of the offerings that day so I felt very lucky to get one. Mahalo to you both! See you next time I'm in Maui!

I liked the design of the Hawaiian islands (logo of 808) on the back top in the middle of the shirt, when it arrived the feel of the shirt feels nice as well. Definitely not that hard kind of cotton feel I hate but a little on the softer side. Communication throughout the process was great, shipping and delivery of the product was all within a week. Kinda cool that a postcard was placed in the package thanking me for the purchase and supporting local shops, it also shows who packed it for accuracy, a small 808 sticker and best of all a discount code for buy one get the 2nd 50% off. Definitely will use it! Overall nice experience and will visit the actual store front, if I ever make it to Maui.

But what I like best about this shop is the locally made aloha wear. There are both men's and women's clothes made in Wailuku. The clothes are quality made and very modern in taste. Prices are reasonable. The saleswoman who helped me today was super friendly and helpful! I appreciated her courtesy. I liked this store so much, I went to get my cousin so she could shop here and see all the beautiful clothes. So why the 2 stars out of 5 stars? When I brought my cousin to see the items that I was raving about, another employee behind the counter was talking to another customer. Apparently she was telling him the positives and negatives of living in Maui. That seemed really nice and helpful to him. But the employee started to tell the customer how horrible it is to live in Honolulu and continues to bad mouth the city. Ummmmm.... Both my cousin and I just spent $500+ in your shop and we are both born and raised in Honolulu. We both think Honolulu is a pretty great place to live. Not cool to talk badly about another city - especially if you are 20 years old (she told the guy that) and haven't lived in Honolulu for an extensive time. Unprofessional. I don't think I'll be returning here to shop and I don't think I'll be giving any recommendations to come here either. P.S. my yelp reviews are primarily (90-95%) 5-star reviews because I want to support and encourage businesses in a positive way. This was an exception.
