THIS FIVE STAR REVIEW IS A RESULT OF THE AMAZING SERVICE OUR PARTY OF FIVE RECEIVED FROM CARA!…read more Chatham Tap Butler is our regular dining destination before our Clowes Hall shows. We normally allow 2 1/2 hours prior to the show to be at Chatham. Over the years, the service is hit and miss. But on this occasion it was the very best we have ever had at this location. Now this was a Friday evening with a FIFA crowd inside and a Clowes Hall show of & JULIET MUSICAL. The place was packed. We were seated quickly outside in the shade. Cara arrived soon after and took drink orders. Our normal appetizer of wings were delivered and were hot and delicious as normal. In fact, the food is always delicious no matter what's ordered from the menu. The cocktails are great as well. What impressed me is how attentive Cara was to our table and the patio guests under her care. She was hustling and deserved a pat on the back. My antipasto salad was great and my wife's veggie pizza was very satisfying and served piping hot. A job well done.

I'm glad we went early as it was the day the US was playing in their FIFA event and they were slammed for indoor seating. It was a beautiful evening for outdoor dining so we were seated on the patio since they don't do reservations. Our server Cara was super helpful and accommodating. The drinks came out quickly and our order was placed. The food came out as quick as could be expected on such a busy night. We shared wings, pizza, and a large salad. No complaints on anything.

Lots and tvs for game watching and plenty of room for dancing and lounging. The servers are very helpful and friendly , constantly checking on our group making sure we were good. Today for lunch I decided to do something a little different. I typically don't have long for lunch…read moreso most times I'm discouraged to get a good home cooked type of meal. I took a chance... let me say, I'm so happy I did. I have heard many great things about this sports lounge & the food that they offer. They are perfectly nestled into a highly trafficked strip off of Georgetown rd & it's welcoming for "regular lunchtime attire" even though as soon as I stepped in, I felt underdressed (in a good way) the place is VERY clean & fully equipped for both day and night time crowds. Parking is all shared with the neighboring stores/businesses but it is very large so no qualms about finding a good spot. I was surprised to have placed a food order for myself and my daughter around 12:45pm and my food was bagged and ready to go by 1:15pm - while I waited, I did partake in an alcohol slushy which was so delicious & well deserved haha. The kitchen staff that I came in contact with and the bartender (Jasmine, Ms. Gigi & Shamon (sp)) were all very sweet women and took their time answering all of my curious questions about the space as well as menu/drinks. Another fun fact I learned about this place is that it is BLACK OWNED!! The food quality was on point (no cheap ingredients) and it was still hot when I got home. Fried mushrooms are always a sports bar go to of mine & these lived up to my expectations, the catfish was juicy on the inside and perfectly fried on the outside- not one piece of the two large fillets were the seasonings compromised. My daughter LOVED her wings & we know how teenagers love chicken wings. She was also happy the red beans & rice weren't spicy like she's had in the past from other places. One last thing I'd like to mention is that I usually am annoyed that my to-go order didn't include proper utensils or sauces requested.... They did not shy away from giving me ample sauces & napkins (they were thick too)! All in all, AllStars gets 5 stars from me! I can't wait to go back but the next review for them will be of the nightlife, which I've seen people rave about on IG and I fear I have been missing out.

I would just go get a side of those and just snack on them. I also had the Tanga quesadillas. They were so good. I've never tried tango before and I'm not sure why, but I will definitely. I'd long been curious about Kilroy's Bar N' Grill, however, I'm not often stopping in Broad Ripple…read morethese days and haven't really had the opportunity to try it out. This is one of two Indianapolis locations - the other being downtown. Since today is Sunday, the meters in Broad Ripple are free. It's fairly easy to find accessible parking in Broad Ripple, so I took the opportunity to spend some time in the area checking things out. As it's also likely the last decent weather day for a bit, I included my long awaited stop at Kilroy's. I came in off the Broad Ripple Avenue entrance. It's a double-sided glass door entryway. It's level to the ground, not always true in Broad Ripple, and despite the doors being a bit heavy they're workable. As you enter, there's a bar area to the right and a more traditional dining area to the left. I looked around and instantly got a little concerned as it looked like every table was a high-top. While this happens on occasion, it's fairly rare and always disappointing. I finally found a multi-seat table that was lower. I hated taking it, however, it appeared to be the only option. I've often heard that Kilroy's skews toward the younger crowd. Plus, it is a sports bar with quite a few wide-screen televisions throughout. However, on this Sunday afternoon the crowd was pretty mixed and things were pretty calm. My server, Lexi, was at my table quickly and took my drink order. I browsed the menu - essentially a somewhat above average pub menu with a wide variety of appetizers, sandwiches, pizza, burgers, and a few other items. Of course, there's also a strong bar menu. I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich with tots along with my usual unsweetened iced tea. I like that there are multiple side options. The food was delicious and I would easily order it all again. I got my always desired refill. I'd not had the greatest holiday. It was my first one with me being the sole person left in my family - and I honestly was looking for a little human contact of a casual, friendly nature. Lexi was a delight. Warm and friendly, attentive without being overwhelming. Plus, she's one of those servers who draws the happy face on the receipt - I'll admit it. I love that. (Yes, I'm weird. Leave me alone.). Overall, this was a positive experience and I'd definitely return. I'm docking a star primarily due to accessibility concerns (NOTE: Interestingly enough, they have an outside dining area for warmer weather and nearly every table out there is a lower picnic-style table). Beyond the accessibility issues, I enjoyed the experience with good food, fair prices, a terrific server, and an overall positive Sunday afternoon lunch experience.
