My first interaction with them was over the phone, checking on the wife's car repair, and I found Mike to be very friendly - enough so that I decided to forgo the dealership for the next change on my car. It proved to be a great decision. Mike was very amicable when I arranged the appointment and even more so in person when we dropped it off. He patiently answered my questions and left me with a feeling that the car was in good hands. When I picked the car up I found that they had taken the time to check the manual for the best oil type and had matched the dealer's price for the typically expensive full synthetic change. They'll certainly be getting our family's business from now on.

So I became a customer, if not buying gas, buying cigarettes and coffee early in the morning on the way to work. Sometimes minor repairs would be done by women working in the station. Rox took her car here all the time, for major and minor work, and loved them. Dunbrook Mobil does not have a staff, it's more like a cast. Through repeated visits, you get to know them, and the pleasant quirkiness of the business ameliorates the cost of gasoline a bit.

We stress the importance of friendly and efficient service and we pride ourselves on being a part of the community. We want our customers to have an enjoyable experience in our shops. The part that I spent so much time with this, and received that comment on an email, and nobody else would have done this is amazing. So I felt like this and I'm sure I speaking for A LOT of other people that frequent Stewart Shop. Don't be so damn cheap and hire adequate people to stock your stores.
