Then we try a different kind of cookie. "We're all out of those." We end up buying one of like, six cookies they actually had. On the "plus" side, she overcharged us the price on the menu! And had the audacity to ask for a tip! I don't want to be a Karen, but this was WAY too far! Never coming back to this location! I find myself ordering the Madster (Dr. Pepper w/vanilla, creme, and coconut) most regularly as well as the Twisted sugar cookie (sugar cookie with coconut frosting and a lime wedge to squeeze on top). Passing through Twin Falls on a Birthday road trip and decided I needed some cupcakes to celebrate…read moremy day. The hubby found Sweet Ts so we decided to give them a go. The location seemed a tad off the path for us as tourists, and the store definitely isn't a fancy lil gourmet shop. We stopped in on a Wednesday around 1pm. They had very little selection, only a handful from which to choose. I opted for a cookies n cream, chocolate peanut butter, blueberry cheesecake, and a mystery one (the very kind and friendly lady at the counter wasn't sure what flavor it was, so that means go for it). My husband and I shared them all for my Bday. All 4 were quite tasty, not overly sweet which I prefer. Honestly, they weren't the perfect, fancy cupcakes you get at many sweet shops, and the mystery cupcake appeared to be missing a topping (an empty thumbprint on top)...but they all tasted very good, were quite moist, and we enjoyed them a lot. Don't expect fancy...but enjoy tasty.

Costumer service started out splendid, but as soon as an issue arose, the service quickly went downhill. The cake and the cupcakes were late on the wedding date, doesn't matter why or by how much time, the point is: THEY WERE LATE. Discussed this with the owner and had been promised a refund and still, nearly 2 months later, have not received one. They are a fairly new business so I understand that some hiccups may arise, but 2 months late is absurd. It should only have taken 1 week, if that. If costumer service matters to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere. If all you want is great tasting cupcakes, then go right in.
