My starter is always that great hot and sour soup. Add some broccoli and green beans and ribs and shrimp and chicken and you got a plateful. Everyone goes to get their favorites like crablegs and several offerings of fresh fish. Even a more stringent vegan diet was able to fill plates of vegetables and fruits and "green" salad dishes to satisfy. More Chinese fare? No problem with long Chow Mein noodles and more chicken selections such as great scoops of the Orange Chicken. Fruit is always good and who doesn't like the usual peaches and cantaloupe and even puddings and sweet jello. There is always room for an almond cookie and self serve chocolate and vanilla icecream. We had water for drinks but it probably should have been a bubbly soda to help with all the great eats we had. Ice cream freezer was totally picked over with nothing so we didn't bother with dessert. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands after the messy crab and it was like a bomb went off in there.
