Stopped in Sunday evening to grab my honey a mushroom, spinach pie and a Greek salad. The lobby which us large enough to seat 4-5 tables was in disarray.. nobody was in there. I approached the counter where I saw 2 youths I assume both were employees. One in uniform with visor , The other in street clothing. After a time Trent took my order and 15 minutes later I had my pizza and salad.. Not a well organized joint but it seems to function. I would appreciate everyone wearing hair restraints and when switching from cashier to packaging a hand wash and gloves. The product I get here is satisfactory but there are better albeit more expensive alternatives.. My order was 30 bucks large pizza, 4 items and a Greek salad. To go. 2.00 tip. This review is hard for me because generally speaking i LOVE Marco's Pizza. However, THIS location is THE WORST. Unfortunately I am locked into this one because it is the one that delivers... and I do love the food. But every time.. EVERY TIME I order online the order is wrong. Pizza missing several toppings, missing items. Sandwiches completely wrong or just not in the order. We always call to correct the issue (I am sure they hate us at this point) But the food is expensive and I can't understand how it is always incorrect. Skip this location at all costs. I would Love to give the new store- spout springs road- a better review, but they didn't bring all of the items ordered and then never came back with the rest of the order. The customer service girl was friendly but didn't know what to do and the manager did not seem to care that my order was wrong. The quality of this pizza restaurant really doesn't seem like a chain. I wish I'd found them sooner. As a Chicagoan, I was practically born a pizza snob. While I don't expect Chicago style pizza outside of the Windy City, I do expect to a pizza place that can satisfy widespread tastes. Most fail at this miserably...especially pizza chains. This place really fits the bill of what pizza should taste like. In store prepared crust, good sauce, great ingredients and lots of cheese. The Italian sausage is like mini meatballs instead of dried out crumbles you find with most chains. I also tried the oven baked Italiano sub, which was equally awesome. Food is okay, but too expensive for the mediocre quality. Ordered beef on one pizza and won't do that again. It was burned to a crisp and hard. Meatball sub was okay. However... We witnessed one of their drivers getting so impatient at an intersection that they slammed into another car trying to go around them to make a right turn and they would have been able to turn without doing this in another five seconds! Called the company immediately to report it and the driver was still working there months later. I cant trust a place that would just allow their drivers to continue working there after causing an accident through deliberate stupidity and impatience! It was not an "accident"! We got Marco's Pizza last night for the family. We always enjoy Marco's and most of the time have no problems. But our order last night for two pizzas were missing ingredients that we had paid for for delivery. All the pizza was good we were upset that we did not get the ingredients that we paid for. Good pizza at a fair price. I order from this location occasionally with the online ordering. They always have my order ready before the estimated time and so far my order has been correct every time. The pizza is always good. I give them a 5 star for there service and a 4 star for the pizza only because I've had better pizza. Comparing Marcos to their direct competition I think they are way better. read more

I had Marco's Pizza for the first time! I got a small Garden pizza for dine-in. I waiting patiently in the very chilly dining area with goosebumps. When the pizza arrived, the staff was friendly. The pizza was DELICIOUS. The toppings seemed fresh and the crust had a nice crunch. Conveniently, I only live a mile and a half from this location, so I plan to order delivery more often. I don't know what happened to your service, but it's gone down hill. About 7 weeks ago I placed an order for delivery online and received a phone call over an hour later and was asked when I was going to pick up my order because they didn't have any delivery drivers. I was told that I would receive a large pizza for free but when I called and asked for it I was told that I would only get 30% off. I placed an order for pizza, wings and a salad, I did not get the salad and called back to ask them to refund the money for it. Ordered delivery, a couple of subs and two salads. Delivery was on time but incomplete. No dressing for the salads. Since we were staying in a hotel I couldn't just open the fridge and everything would be fine. Called the restaurant and they said someone would bring it back. Guess what never happened. When we came to pick the order up there were about 6 people working...actually not working except one guy taking an order, one manager type sitting at a table talking on his phone. The rest were in the back laughing and talking. Not one single employee greeted me. After standing there for a while I stood in front of the guy on the phone and stares until he asked what I needed. So, if hub services just picks up orders and delivers to customers, there needs to be a check system in place for your valued online customer to receive correct order. This place sucks. All I wanted were wings and as I waited 15 minutes for. Thank god I opened the box as I got in my car because I was floored. Some of the dippers were seriously the size of a quarter. To pay 8$ for 10 dippers that are tiny is ridiculous. I was so upset. The manager just said hang on let me make you and order sorry. Didn't say how long to wait for he just walked away. I wasn't about to wait another 10 minutes after I had been there to wait on wing dippers for 15 minutes prior. The pizza is actually pretty good, but calling in orders is annoying; it's very loud in the background so I've had to repeat myself several times each time I've placed an order over the phone. This location first opened and everything was great. Now they have gone downhill. Orders that state they are 45 minutes are now closer to an hour an a half. I have had to call my last three orders to check on it. First one was 1.5 hours and the manager put a free pizza and salad on our profile for the next time as that pizza was late and cold. The next one was free, LATE and ICE COLD as well. Ordered one on 11/15 and I knew it would be a long time due to a UGA/Auburn on TV. Stated it would take 50 minutes. A Hour, 45 minutes later I call. The first girl says she sees it still there and is checking on it, puts me on hold, someone else picks up and says, "Thank you for calling Marco's can I take your order" Explain that I'm on hold waiting to see about my pizza. She goes and checks without asking me my name or number. Then a 3rd person picked up the phone and I asked for a Manager. Manger comes on the line, eventually, named Eddie. The quality of their pizza is so much better than the other pizza chains (i.e. Dominos, Pizza Hut, little Caesars etc) Always moderately fast; at least you know your pizza is fresh and made to order. We've ordered from this Marcos multiple times. We've always had good pizza. Yes, Napolis is great for New York style, but if you feel like something a bit thicker, Marcos is the answer. We order online today and the cheesey bread wasn't made, not a big deal to wait a few minutes but I was in a hurry and couldn't wait. My money was promptly returned and I was on my way.
