We've been to Brum's a few times for oil changes and minor repairs and we're glad we did. We have found Brum's to be reliable, honest, timely, and reasonable. They have not tried to up sell anything, but at the same time informed me when (for example) I needed new rear tires. He asked where I had the front done and agreed they did good work. They are always pleasant and professional. I recommend Brum's very highly and will not go someplace else if Brum's can do the work!

I called Tire MD right away and was advised to bring the car back the next day. Upon returning, they initially told me the noise was due to a tire issue. After saving up, I brought the vehicle back for new tires, but then they informed me that the noise was actually coming from the differential/transmission. Notably, Tire MD is the only shop that has ever worked on these parts of my vehicle, and the noise began right after their service. I calmly explained this to the owner, who unfortunately responded by lashing out at me, accusing me of making baseless claims, and dismissing my concerns by saying it's a common issue with these vehicles. However, this problem only arose after their work on my car. Now, I am faced with the burden of legal fees and the cost of a new vehicle. This experience has been highly disappointing and stressful, and I cannot recommend Tire MD based on the service and treatment I received.
