Grabbed 2 long shovels to dig tires out, i actually did most of the digging. Still couldn't get his truck out, so i offered to grab my steel ramps used for getting machinery up into p/up truck. Put them down, then he gunned it, the tires spun spun spun, destroyed my ramps. Driver told me to call the owner and he would make it right. Well the owner blew me off, said he would call the driver and get his side of the story. I told him that there's driver literally told me to call him there. And then I have pictures of the ramps destroyed underneath the tires of the truck you said OK. Ay no problem. He would get right back to me same day. I said because I asked him. Are you gonna get back to me today and he said yep, I'm just gonna call them first. He never did, I called back he blew me off again. I'm going to call him today. See what they say if they don't handle it. It's simply a $200 ramp From harbor freight, all they need to do is pay me back. I will escalate. I will also follow up. Regarding outcome.
