Welp, I hate this happened to me. On Friday, I brought my car in for repairs after confirming with Freddy that it would be ok. I left work early, took an Uber to the mall to kill 5 hrs for the repair. They never called me to say there was a problem. I returned before closing thinking the repair was done. They did nothing. I am appalled by this as I have been going to them for years. Chandler, and Steven were absolutely horrible. Freddy left so that he did not have to explain what happened. I don't know who the Karen was just staring at me while I was trying to process that no one called me knowing that I was waiting. SMH. Legal actions are next. read more

I have been a costumer for over 10 years. Freddy, Steve, mechanics and staff are the best in the business. They are true blue, honest and kind people. Today, I needed all brakes replaced and while it's not cheap, I know they will take good care of me. I highly recommend them to all. read more

Never ever bring your car or truck to this company to be worked on They will lie and just replace parts to take your money. They do not stand behind there warranty and make excuses as to why your vehicle is still not fixed and why they need more money to fix it. I wouldn't trust them with any vehicle. After taking our daughters truck in they said it need over $1000 worth of extra things done. When we didn't do it all they changed us over a hundred dollars for a diagnostic fee to get her truck back. read more

I brought my daughters truck in there to have the throttlebody looked at on a Dodge ram. Usually it should be around a few hundred bucks. Maybe five or six hundred. They quoted over 1600 to include a new thermostat, radiator, hoses, oil change, etc. when I denied the services they charged $130 diagnostic fee that they never informed me about. They are part of the reason most people don't trust auto shops. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. Totally unprofessional. They don't know what they doing. They have young guys working there who have no idea how to make cars. Took my son's car there and apparently they never fixed the problem but charged me for it. Which cost me a month later to spend another $ 2000 to fix it. Ask for refund for the first time and he said he doesn't even wanna talk about it. He said he has a lot of business and don't care if he loses one customer. Have used this repair shop many times and have always been completely satisfied with the work and I believe they are honest.

Absolutely horrible. I brought my car to have the trunk fixed and they broke my blinkers and door. There's was no reason for them to mess with the door. But when I came back for my car the window motor was entirely nonfunctional, the rear blinkers were disconnected, and the driver door handle doesn't work any more. AND THEN when I asked them to fix what they broke, they were incredibly rude to me and made no effort at all to solve the problem. Abysmal service. DO NOT bring your car here. read more

I recently had some repair work completed on my F 350 Ford. When I picked up my truck the radiator overflow reservoir had been broken and repaired, the transmission dip stick was broken and a tire had been destroyed. When I picked the truck up I was told they were driving it when the tire blew out. When I spoke with the owner I was told the tire blew out while everyone was having lunch. I really have no idea what happened but I have to buy a tire regardless. When I tried to resolve my concerns the owner stated,"it we broke your dipstick I will buy a replacement " he did not offer to replace the other items. While some may find this service sufficient or even above average I will take my repair needs elsewhere. read more

Love this place! Every time I have an issue with my car they take care of me! Just recently I needed my battery replaced and they had to order it in and when it came in they realized they over charged me. So instead of just going with it they made sure to take care of me and get it where it was supposed to be. read more

I love taking my car here, its not so "big corporate shop" that I have to wait FOREVER to get the work done. They seem to have a "Good 'Ole Boy" system going on with business from referrals of their quick and efficient work. Another thing I love is that I don't take my car in with one problem and come out with 20 more which is great, I feel I can trust that they arnt going to brake something to charge me and make a buck like other shops Ive been to who make me feel like something shady is going on when I have to leave my car for $200 repairs and next thing I know they are calling with 10x more issues and costs. This shop is fantastic! I took my truck in for some suspension/steering issues that we're a bit difficult to pinpoint the causes. They went above and beyond to make sure they got it figured out, fixed the right way, and not milk me for every penny I had. The shop I took it to previously over charged me, did unnecessary work, and it was sub par at that. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else but Steve's from now on.They are great people who care about their customers and their reputation. read more

If you value your transportation, safety, and money - do NOT bring your car here. My mother brought her SUV in for an oil change, and to have a steering issue inspected. The repairs done to the SUV went as follows: cracked serpentine belt, control arm w/ ball joint needed to be replaced. Over $500 in repairs along with the oil change. The vehicle was returned, and mom thought all was well. Not the case. Not only were the repairs done poorly, and needed to be done AGAIN, the damage caused by their repairs resulted in over $2,000 in ADDITIONAL repairs needed. We do not recommend this establishment. (I did bring the SUV back to Steve's to get them to take a look at it, but after being called "Sweetheart" and being told they thought was still completely drivable when I could feel the wheel popping out of its joint, I made the decision to get the hell out of dodge and take it to the dealer. Thank God for gut instincts! That car was NOT drivable and when the dealer put in the air and showed me what the joint looked like, I was grateful we made it safely to their shop!) read more
