Had a great experience here! Dr. Jones and his partner were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Scheduling was simple, I left a message, and they called me back promptly to get me on the schedule. The appointment was efficient without feeling rushed. Everything was handled with care, and the office was clean, relaxing, and well-kept. The décor even gave me a peaceful Hawaii vibe, which made the visit more enjoyable. They also had a bag of peanuts for the resident squirrels. Very cute! My only suggestions would be for an online appointment booking system for convenience and a different font for the eye chart. I found the font a little difficult to read compared to other eye charts I've seen. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this office and would return again. Wow, went to the DMV today and apparently Dr. Jones already helped upload my documents. Incredibly amazing and efficient!!!!!!! Truly amazing! I'm awestruck. He went above and beyond. Wish I could give more stars. Made my DMV trip very quick. Got to the counter and they said it was already done. read more

Best place to get your medical check for DMV commercial vehicles also an amazing Chiropractor. Extremely professional, quality service.

Dr Steve Jones and Lynda were phenomenal. I can not speak more highly about the overall experience. Who would have thought getting a DOT physical would be this easy and truly enjoyable. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for the DOT physical. Cheapest prices in town often lead to disappointing "you get what you pay for" experiences... Not these guys. I was in and out, and with a smile on my face. read more

You know you've had a good relationship with a business when you can go back to them from a couple thousand miles away and still get assistance and advice. The hardest part about moving from someplace you've lived is replacing all these people who have been so reliable for so long. Dr Steve is one of those. Have had CDL exams here for as long as I was in San Diego and a couple of adjustments besides. This time I needed to reach out from Ohio to find out if he could help me instruct a local chiropractor here in Ohio to navigate the California Workman's Comp system. As always, Dr Steve was all about contributing to the health and well being of his patients. The time he took with me did more than just help me understand the process, but breathed some life and hope back into a very overwhelming situation. You'll find health care that hasn't forgotten the "care" part. read more

terrific experience. Several neck and shoulder issues resolved within a few visits.

I had to renew my medical for my commercial license and the process was quick and Mr. Jones was very polite and will give additional help if problems arise after the fact. He shows he really cares about you and that he wants you to be able to get your license in order. Great guy and 20$ cheaper than what I found elsewhere. I fully recommend Mr. Jones and have with a coworker who has made an appointment with Mr.Jones. read more

I first went to Dr. Steve to get my DOT physical and he helped me get relaxed enough to get a proper blood pressure reading which is rare for me because I get tense around medical personnel. I ended up becoming a patient of Dr. Steve and he did a great job adjusting me. Not only does he do a fantastic job but he takes time to give you a personal touch and truly cares about your overall health. If you're in the area I highly recommend going to see him, you can thank me later. read more

Dr Jones and Linda are lovely people (great and down to earth!). I came to Dr Jones for chronic neck and upper back pain (caused by drunk driver who hit me in my 20s) and have visited multiple chiropractors in the past so know a great chiropractor when I meet one. I used to go in a weekly basis at my last chiropractor who I felt was more interested in a revolving door and getting in as much revenue as possible rather than focusing on me as a patient. With Dr Jones you feel like he actually cares - he will listen to your concerns and recommend stuff to help with your issues. Greatly appreciate that I found him - especially since he has flexible work week hours and are there on some Saturdays. read more

Was referred to Dr. Jones by a very good friend. Dr. Jones is very thorough, professional and informative. Dr. Jones has helped me soooo much. I'm already feeling better and looking forward to my next appt! Thank you Dr. Jones and thank you Linda Jones! You both are amazing! read more

Hello! I've been having issues with lower back pain for a few months. I received traditional treatment including injections, pills, etc. About 5 days ago my back pain changed and became much more intense. We were discussing going to the ER when my wife offered to do a quick YELP search for chiropractor in our area (Mission Valley). She found SJ. He was very close by and had excellent reviews. I agreed to give chiropractic a try with the understanding that we would still be going to the ER. My wife made the call and Steven offered to see me ASAP! Unheard of!! First off, Steven seems to be a great guy! He puts you at ease right away and explains everything. This is very cool because you feel much more involved and you should be! He took his time, and we all had fun chatting with one another. I received ultra sound and electrical stimulation and it felt soooo nice. It turns out that I was using heat and should have been using ice. I was making my lower back worse. I walked out of Steven's office with about 85% relief. Did you see I typed 84%? I never would have believed it. The treatments plus his work and information cut my pain, and I thought nothing but super strong drugs were going to help. I've been home about 3 hours now. I've taken Tylenol and have been icing 30 on 30 off, and my pain is 94% declined! 94%!!! I'll be back to see Steven on Monday. THANK YOU SIR! read more

Dr. Jones is a life saver. I started going several months ago for maintenance treatment from sitting 8-10 hours each day for work. He has made my pain go away and better yet, worked with me tk prevent it! Not to mention Dr. Jones is just a stand up human, a salt-of-the-earth type of person. He remembers intricate details about my life and always takes time to ask about my family. He's not trying to get people in and out as fast as possible; he truly takes the time to evaluate each session and respond with the appropriate care no matter how long that takes. I will continuing going to Dr. Jones and will continue referring family and friends! read more

This is the ONLY chiropractor I trust in San Diego. Both Steve and Linda are very personable and I have recommended them to multiple people and friends because of their first class bedside manner! Don't get sucked into corrupt chiropractors that want to sell you down the road! Steve will never sell you on extra appointments and always makes you feel 100% when leaving the office! read more

My partner and I found this awesome chiropractor through yelp. After reading the great reviews, we called to schedule an appointment since my partner had hurt his back the previous day. We went and were greeted warmly. Dr. Steve and his wife Linda helped us get the insurance squared away, treated my partner, and gave us great after care instructions along with a follow up appointment for later in the week. We were completely blown away by the care and attention we received here. We highly recommend Dr. Steve and will definitely go back for all of our chiropractic needs. read more

I saw 3 chiropractors before seeing Dr Steve. I've been seeing Dr Steve Jones (Doc Steve) for 20+ Years. I was in a motorcycle accident about 2 years before I was first examined by the Doc. Traditional "Medical Doctors" had me on 6 different prescription drugs for pain management and 3 more to offset the side effects of the first 6. Within 6 weeks of starting bi-weekly treatments by Doc Steve I was off ALL my meds and very close to pain free for the first time since the accident. Within another 6 visits I was TOTALLY PAIN FREE and able to get a restful full night's sleep. To say he is my HERO is putting it lightly. He saved me from a life of pain barely managed by drugs. read more

Steve Jones is a MAGICIAN! I must have slept wrong, because when I woke up my neck was super painful and I could hardly turn my head to the side. Add to that the fact that it was a Saturday. AND I was leaving on a plane for Europe in 4 hours! Dr. Jones was able to see me right away and he fixed my neck within 30 minutes. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was so kind and caring, and his partner Linda was a wonderful addition to the office. I will definitely be back. Dr. Steve Jones, you are my new chiropractor!! read more

Dr. Jones & his wonderful Secretary Linda are AMAZING! They have just relocated behind their old establishment. They are friendly, professional and dog lovers. When you enter thier office, you are transported to a Bali Getaway! Sometimes thier Dog Rex is there and he's also a pleasant creature to greet you. I've been treated by Dr. Jones for over 10 years! He helped get me back on track after a bad car accident. Not only should you go if your in pain, but once your feeling better, make sure you go back for routine maintenance. Your body is just like a car, gotta keep it running right! I have recommended many a friends to Dr. Jones over the years. Untl he retires, moves or sails away to Hawaii, I'll continue to be his loyal patient. read more

The best experience ever. The doctor is a very nice man. It was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend this place.

If I could give Steve Jones 10 stars I would! I found him when my dad had back pain and could not get any relief, despite all of the western medicine doctors giving him pain meds, MRI, etc. Within 2 visits, my dad was able to walk, and most important, sleep! When I experienced some sciatic nerve pain, I went to Steve and he only took a couple of visits to fix. My mom needed relief from the same, off we went to Steve. My sister-in-law has chronic back pain, and so I referred her to Steve too. I guess you could say it's a family affair ;-). Just came back to see him for excruciating back/sciatic nerve pain recently. Had spent six hours in ER with no relief. Next day, saw Steve and could actually put my foot on the ground - walked out of his office. If you need a great, caring interested chiropractor, look no further. Linda, his front office person, is wonderful too! read more

I look forward to the chiropractor visits with him for both the stress relief and the pain relief. read more

CDL EXAMS You've read the other reviews about how great Doc Steve is. They're all true. If you're getting a CDL exam, he delivers without any attempts to upsale for the advertised price, so don't think you have to go somewhere else that charges more. Not only did he fill out the paperwork accurately and thoroughly, it was a real physical exam. Thanks Doc Steve. read more

Steve Jones has helped me stay straight for 14 years. I like the atmosphere of his office and his philosophy of therapy. He is the only Chiropractor I will let touch my spine. Every few months I go in to have my back straightened out. I have referred many people to him and have not heard a single complaint. read more

Like all the other reviews here I have to rate Dr. Jones with 5 Stars! In the past when in lived in NY I had pains in my back and neck and consequently had issues with sleeping. I was able to find a local chiropractor that performed the old fashioned manual spinal alignment treatment which gave me relief within a few treatments. That was the first time I had chiropractic treatment. About two years ago while living in CA I began feeling strange sensations in the back of my head. I had seen a neurologist who recommended an MRI with gallium tracer. I read up on the effects of both and decided to forgo that and since the condition didn't worsen I decided to wait and see if maybe it would disappear on its own. One day I when spontaneously twisting my head while driving I noticed a sensation running up to the spot on my head that was worrying me and thought that a nerve was pinched and that maybe a chiropractic spinal manipulation would help? I remembered hearing friends tell me that they had no luck with chiropractic treatments using machines versus the old fashioned spinal manipulation method so I decided to search for the chiropractic colleges that still teach that. I learned that The Palmer College of Chiropractic was the first school of Chiropractic in the US and is considered the highest rated. I searched under alumni in my area with good ratings and found Dr. Steve Jones. I am so glad I found him as what I was worried could be a tumor turned out to be a pinched nerve and I feel not only better but can now move my neck in full range of rotation again! I continue to visit his office at least twice a year to keep myself in good condition generally and highly recommend him to anyone who has back or neck issues. read more
