Tweaked my lower back in October of last year, and have been limping around, hoping the pain would…read morego away since then. Last week, I found myself with a rare hour of free time, and decided to Yelp for a nearby chiropractor. Dr. Mountain's shop was just around the corner, and the reviews looked promising, so I called. His receptionist took the call, and when I asked if they took walk-ins, she hesitated slightly before saying "come on in". It was clear to me that, as other reviewers have pointed out, they were making room to help me. Dr. Mountain is a lifesaver. He listened to me describe the injury, and did a thorough exam, before taking me through a handful of adjustments, followed by hot and cold therapy and muscle stimulation. My relief was almost instantaneous, and several days (and one follow-up visit) later, my back is as good as new. Outstanding care, great service, and completely reasonable prices.

Dr. Yossi Stien's practice has been one of the few places where I have felt genuinely supported and…read moreseen real progress. I had been dealing with a C7/C8 injury for about four months, including numbness and tingling radiating down my arms and into my hands, and it had become both frustrating and disruptive to everyday life. It was not until I started treatment with Dr. Stien that those symptoms began to improve in a meaningful way. What I appreciate most is that his approach feels thoughtful, tailored, and consistent. Nothing about the care feels rushed or one size fits all. He takes the time to understand what is actually going on, adjusts treatment based on how you are responding, and focuses on steady, sustainable improvement rather than a temporary quick fix. That consistency made a real difference for me, and over time I started noticing gradual but lasting progress. The practice itself also stands out for how accessible and well designed it is. His walk in model, along with the unlimited monthly membership option, is incredibly unique and makes ongoing care much more realistic for people who benefit from consistency. It adds a level of ease and flexibility that is hard to find, especially when you are trying to stay committed to recovery while balancing a full schedule. There is also a strong foundation behind what he does. Dr. Stien took over the practice from his father, who was in the profession for more than 30 years, and that depth of experience absolutely comes through. He clearly knows his craft, has been immersed in this world for a long time, and brings a polished, modern approach that still feels grounded in real expertise. It is clear he has learned from the best while also developing his own style and treatment philosophy. If you are looking for chiropractic care that feels professional, personalized, and genuinely effective, I would highly recommend Dr. Stien. For me, this was not about a flashy experience or exaggerated promises. It was about finally finding the right place, the right approach, and seeing real improvement after months of dealing with a stubborn injury.

I've had to endure a lot & was required to build myself back up after each round these past two years. I appreciate Dr. J's support & compassion during those building back periods. The experience & results have been fantastic & I highly recommend him. I first went to Dr J after my first chemo round, because I suffered from pain & a limp, plus my sciatica was not healing fast enough. I had tried acupuncture, meds, injections & also generic PT from a chain group. I wanted a more personalized treatment plan especially since I'm immunocompromised. I spent several weeks going weekly to his office on a one on one basis. I had such fast results, my walking gait got better & I was back to hiking, swimming & biking. I got stronger & completed my plan w Dr. J. I liked that he was honest/practical & didn't pressure me to do endless PT rounds. Fast forward. Now, my oncologist has recommended I do even more PT to strengthen me for tougher procedures ahead. So, I've had Dr. J continue to work w me. The exercises & goals he sets out are do-able & tailored to me. It's motivating! I believe his knowledge & expertise in the sports medicine/training are immense. Thank you, Dr. J!
