Love this place sooooo much! Hubby and I go about twice a week to get all the kinks straight. Staff are amazing - super friendly and professional! Dr Ninberg can fix those kinks.. his counting skills are hilarious but gets your mind off that neck pop anxiety. I went to Delta after I got into a pretty good car pile up thirty some years ago and then reunited when a coworker talked about their chiropractor- same one - Delta!! So I went back and - after all those years they have the same professional on point care. Get straight with Delta! read more

Dr Greg is super knowledgeable, capable and caring. Great staff and a clean friendly environment

They all are so welcoming & patient to answer any & every question that you may have. I will definitely be going to here every now & then to get adjusted. read more

I was referred to Delta by my attorney from an accident I was in back in August 2024. Since I was referred, they worked with me about my availability and how often I could come in for treatments. Since August I've had 2 appointments a week and I just finished my final visit last week. Delta, and their staff are so amazing I'm sad my treatments are over. I always felt so welcomed when I went in for my appointments. Dr.Greg is so so so nice, very personable, and very easy to talk to. Since going, I built a rapport with the clinic staff Kim and Marla. They are the nicest ladies I have ever met, genuinely. They always had a smile whenever I visited, If I needed to vent they always listened and always gave me constructive feedback when needed. If I ever need to see a Chiro again, this is the place i'll be coming to! Thank you so much Dr.Greg, Marla and Kim for your guys' help over the past several months. You made my treatments enjoyable, and I always looked forward to these appointments. read more

Definitely a great place to get therapy. I got into 2 car accidents and wasn't feeling like myself. Both times I was restored back to normal. Dr. Greg Ninberg is great, respectful and caring. Always works with my work schedule and is very welcoming whenever I'm late or don't make it due to work. Love this place!! read more

Where to start? I have extensive body issues as well as a traumatic brain injury. I came to Delta quite late in the game. It's a location in a mini mall. Don't let that put you off. The parking is free and I've never had to seek it out. I also used the car repair business next to this office with success. I found doctor Ninberg in the "allowed doctors " for workmen's compensation. Of course that's concerning, BUT, this place is a jewel in the sludge. Finding good care is difficult for anyone but Work Comp is nearly impossible. I was nervous of course but desperate because my relapse was a total incapacitating event. I couldn't move, couldn't get up, couldn't talk over a whisper. I was stuck in bed, waiting for help to come. I even peed a little in my bed waiting . Dr Steinhardt ( Old Town) got me approval quickly ( no small fete) and I found doctor Ninberg in an approved provider list.( Lemon Grove ) He has personal experience. He went in to chiropractic after injuries in a sport injury in high school. He really gets it. This office has a person who has Work Comp knowledge, and deals with that system. It is a broken system that doesn't make common sense nor other sense which makes treating patients difficult and the patient ends up looking difficult even if they normally aren't. I couldn't walk, move, or get up when I got there. I left after 6 sessions ( along with 4 massage) able to function in some way. I get several more now and can't afford it otherwise but this office saved me. I wouldn't just refer them to others, I would suggest seeing them as an ongoing part of a healthy routine. I'm grateful. Thanks Delta. read more

I was in a recent auto accident and I called Delta Chiropractic for an appointment. The staff was awesome and scheduled an appointment with me on the same day. I have been treated for Chiropractic adjustments but an awesome perk is a state-of-the-art water massage table. Additionally a masseuse is available for deep tissue massages. Dr. Andrew Tutino is very personable and friendly. The front office staff are equally pleasant and friendly while being mindful of COVID safety protocols. I was struggling with severe back pain I had an ultrasound and cat scan the doctors gave me no answer. I went to see Dr Roost he scanned me with a special machine and gave me an exray . He said my spine was out of alignment and possibly pinching some nerves he used his proadjuster machine to get my spine back in alignment and gave me some maneuvers especially designed for me to do twice a day. One month later I have absolutely no pain! I worked cleaning my yard all weekend bending and lifting often and I still have no pain!! I thank God for Dr Roost he's my angel read more

I've had back problems since an injury in 1973. I've been to chiropractors who helped me to varying degrees since then. Doctors Andrew Tutino and Kimberly Gonzalez are among the best of them! Both of them can assess where my pain is and have administered immediate treatment to alleviate everything from mild discomfort to excruciating pain. Sometimes it takes a few visits and sometimes it's better after one visit; it depends on the severity of the problem. If you need help for your back, neck, or even other symptoms, you'll find positive, caring, knowledgeable, and effective treatment here. read more

I started having sciatic pain when I was 36 weeks pregnant by the time my son was born it was so bad I could barely walk. I could not go up the stairs, up my curb, walk, carry him around, or be the mom I wanted to be. I tried yoga, beat, ice, various stretches and nothing worked. I started going to Dr. Ninberg one week after my son was born and he had cured me. I saw no way out of the pain and was willing to have surgery to get rid of it. I went three times a week for a couple weeks and after the second week was able to start walking up the stairs. Then slowly started to do more. I am so thankful for Dr. Ninberg and the amazing staff there that are friendly, welcoming, and got me from basically not waking to running around with my dogs and being the mom I want to be in a matter of weeks. read more

2 years ago I accidentally hit my head when I dove in the ocean and since then I got low back pain. 2 visits-and my pain gone for 80% and it's harder to trigger my pain.
