I have been seeing Dr. Jordan Zeigler for a few months now for recurring, low-intensity pain in my right neck, shoulder, and arm due to degradation in my cervical spine (imaged by another clinic). The Front Office staff (Joleen and Alani) are always friendly and efficient. I'm usually checked in even before I sit down in the waiting room! Dr. Jordan Zeigler is very good at what she does, oftentimes relieving my pain immediately. Her demeanor is very nice, friendly, and personable. I'm very glad her clinic works with VA Medicine, which I am entitled to. Also, it doesn't hurt that her clinic is only a couple of miles away from my home. First and foremost, the lady at the front desk is highly sarcastic and rude. She is unorganized and scattered all over the place and then makes you feel like it's your fault. Throughout the little time I interacted with her, she made 4 sarcastic remarks and by the time she got to the last one, I was pretty irritated. Dr. Williams is very nice, I don't have any problems with him as a person. However, I've been to a chiropractor in the bay area for a similar issue who was able to fix it in one visit... and then had follow up visits to make sure my issue was ok. I left here feeling as if my situation worsened if anything. I understand that some chiropractic care requires several visits, but when you leave feeling worse than you had before you went in.... that's not good. I would not recommend this place.. Dr. Williams is really good. I've had many experiences with different chiropractors and his the only one I've kept. Other chiropractors would just adjust me and in out quick, but with Dr. Williams takes his time. He gives you a mini massage and keep you on the table stretching. Love all that he does. read more

This place is a bad, the doctor knows what he's doing, he does a little bit less so you can come back. Instead of doing a great job you wanting to come back when you need it. Spent more time talking then treating. I went in with pain and I left with pain. they up sold me on the Alignment and x-rays basically saying if it's your first time visit you have to pay $100. Seem like a nice guy he, tries to win you with his kindness but in the end just another crook. read more

Very easy location right off the 94 freeway. Staff seems quite nice and outgoing. Dr. Williams is very professional and compassionate to my needs. He gives a consistantly great adjustment every week. If you are afraid of Chiropractors then look no further for pain relief. Dr. Williams has the soft manipulation approach and moves our spines into place slowly. I was so glad I chose him. My hip was in so much pain. From the first treatment relief started and after a half dozen visits the painful bulge above my hip was gone. Each individual will take different treatment and sometimes longer if you have previous injuries or a car accident. I had a Chiropractor for years after a car accident, but he stopped practicing. I was in a car accident and had whiplash injuries on my neck due to the impact. Dr. Williams was a professional from the get go and always honest. He had xrays done on me and showed me the extent of my injuries, which shows you how honest he is. Other doctors don't show you the x rays, or if they do they won't explain them to you since all they want is your money and will make up stuff to get as much as they can. My husband and I have been helped by both Dr. Williams and Janette (a massage therapist) who works out of the same office), for a year and a half. Both are gifted and highly-trained in their fields. I do not doubt that both are kind and generous with each and every client. Initially, we heard of Dr. Williams because of a referral to Janette, and now my husband and I see them both fairly regularly. Originally, my headaches and insomnia sent me to my Primary Care doctor that led to a CT Scan, with no beneficial results for me- no diagnosis or treatment other than medication. Soon after, I saw Dr. Williams for the first time. He quickly diagnosed neck and shoulder tension that seemed to cause the headaches- sure enough, within a few weeks of treatment, the headaches and insomnia were gone. Gone! When we have a crisis (joint/back/neck) we are always able to see Dr. Williams as soon as we need to. He and Janette have worked wonders with both of us. I don't know who some of the negative reviewers interacted with, but I don't recognize the people we've come to know and trust in their reports. Dr. Williams office is fantastic from the first time I stepped in to the office I knew I was in the right place. From the front staff to the Doctor everyone was friendly and understanding. Dr. Williams set up a treatment plan that fit my needs and after the first treatment I was feeling a little better. Maybe like me in a motorcycle accident. Now you know I was in pain as well as hurt. After a one nite stay at the hospital I was sent home. Still in so much pain and hurt. I was refer to Dr. Tim Williams office. There I was given some forms to fill out with I couldn't. My wife had to do them for me. I was taken to a room in the back ask what happen and some X-rays were taken. This was done by Dr. Tim Williams who had just finish treating other patients. I was told by him to go home and come back the next day. The next day Dr. Tim Williams show my wife and I the X-rays as well as explain them to us. He said that he has got a plan together(appointments and treatments) that him and I work together on. This has been going on for over a month or more. Up to this day I can say that Dr. Tim Williams has been there for me. Always ask me how I feel before and after treatment. Now I know why his patients come out of his office smiling he make them feel better. So if you just need a tune-up or alignment, to get you going again. Well you know what I am talking about. Make the hurt and pain go away. Don't want to miss work or have time? Then call his wonderful staff they can help you over the phone, they open late for your convenience.
