Paul Jain is one of the best doctors I have seen. Really cares for his patients. Came in for a prp and didn't feel a thing.

No words can describe what I just experienced on my visit with Dr. Charles Sanders! I've been…read moreexperiencing extreme stress and anxiety and I had a gut feeling that it was due to my central nervous system being stuck in fight or flight mode. Long story short, I got hit by a car a few years ago and this really put my body completely out of alignment, so much so that I was not able to access my body's natural ability to release emotions. All of these emotions have been stuck and stored in my CNS and I was in a full on panic mode 24/7 a day. While doing some research on how to reset the CNS, I came across Network Spinal Analysis which seemed really promising. I looked up providers in San Diego, and Dr. Charles Sanders came up. I reached out to him on yelp just last night and asked him about his services, he scheduled a call with me immediately, and I spoke to him at 10pm last night. Today I had my first appointment, he adjusted my whole entire body and also performed Network Spinal Analysis on me, and the flood gates of emotions opened up. I cried, screamed, laughed and shook while my body was releasing all of these stored emotions. Since my appointment just a few hours ago, I feel like a completely new person, I've been social and laughing and feeling extremely positive. I booked another appointment with Dr. Charle this Friday. All I can say is that he is the real deal and beyond!! My experience today with Dr. Charles Sanders, has hands down been the most mind blowing (in a good way) experience of my life!! Thank you brotha! I don't think I can ever express or repay you for what you have gave me access to. My ability to once again release emotions naturally, as we were intended to.

He is great! He always makes me feel better, he care about his patients . Thanks Doctorread more

His bedside demeanor is sincere, and it's apparent that he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. (as an aside, one minor issue is that it can sometimes be difficult to talk to someone on the phone in the office. More often than not, my call goes to voicemail, but it's also happened where the phone just rings and rings and never picks up .... so that's a bit frustrating when trying to speak with someone, whether it be a scheduler or a nurse/PA. So instead of using the phone as my primary line of communication, I use the MyScripps portal to send them a message. Everyone in the office is very good at monitoring (and responding to) portal messages. But it would be good to have a more reliable phone system for occasions where it would be nice to actually speak with someone.) Lastly, I really like doing video appointments, instead of having to drive to their office in Mission Valley for all appointments. I appreciate their offering that video appointments.

Dr. Goodman is a capable doctor and easy to communicate with and that is where it ends. The main…read moreproblem is with the administration and its ridiculous phone system. It's difficult to reach a live person, leaving numerous messages without a call back is the height of frustration. It is also apparent that there is a lack of training of their support staff. Naomi and other new faces always come in positive; but I feel that the load of patients Dr. Smith serves, plus his inability to retain staff, is not helping at all. Which means that the staff we see are overwhelmed w/too many patients and lacking the skills learned from continuous employment - teams work well together when they stay together. They are the front-line faces we see that unfortunately get the heat from the high volume and overworked staff (overworked is just my assumption - maybe it's just too stressful and leads to turnover, or something else entirely...not sure). Dr. DJ Smith...good person w/good heart in the right place. He cares about your health. So come in as a patient w/a patient perspective....patience! That will usually suffice.

David James Smith's license to practice medicine was revoked in July, 2024. You can Google the information why. Therefore, there is no reason to review him or his office staff, many of whom were rude and unprofessional. He charged me thousand of dollars co-payment for the medication placed in my intrathecal pain pump each month. He did me a favor when he left my medical group. My new pain doctor used a medication supplier that charged me a $40 co-payment. He also said that Fentanyl was not an appropriate pain pump medication.

Also, incompetence in the care and treatment of a patient; and excessively prescribed controlled substances. Effective 10/15/2020, Dr. Smith's license was revoked, stayed, placed on seven years probation until the anticipated end date of 11/14/2027. Unfortunately, Dr. Smith cares about the almighty dollar $$. I can't tell you how many times I heard about his yacht, Rolls Royce and all of his wonderful vacations. He owns the Medical Marijuana Dispensary in his Mission Valley location. He also owns Alcala Labs where he has people's urine tested. He owns the entire building at his Mission Valley location. For many years he charged me $25.00 to have a prior authorization for my opioid pain medication. My insurance company finally told me that I wasn't to be charged for a prior authorization. My attorney had my medical records subpoenaed and I was blown away when I saw records that obviously did not pertain to me. My records were completely in disarray! The front office staff and nurses are rude and dismissive. In fact, I have never seen such a revolving door of various staff hired and fired. I suggest that each and every person who goes to this establishment for care, first read the case for Dr. Smith's medical license # G 66777. Patients have loss their lives and nearly every pain management doctor in San Diego County is cognizant of Dr. Smith and the cases against him. Do not blindly continue care without making sure you are aware of Dr. Smith's medical license restrictions, and the patients who lost their lives. Lastly, Patient Beware!

She thanked me for getting the forms in the evening prior which cut down on the wait time for my appointment. A very short wait And I was called back by the RN Amy. Once again put at ease immediately. She smiled and was down to earth as we covered the basics and discussed our siblings (my sister came with me for support...She doesn't usually care for doctors or facilities for that matter... Just saying. I was honestly a little bit nervous she might get feisty because she can do that!) Dr Kevin Smith entered the room shortly thereafter and, noticed by my sister, had a full page of handwritten notes that she mentioned to me later...means old school...we liked that. I was very pleased with a no sugar coating honest consultation and the fact that he actually read my MRI and notes prior to the appointment...was a relief! We didn't have to spend 20 minutes talking about why I was there. He already knew. More old school stuff. Love it! This doctor looks you in the eyes when he's talking to you he discussed a few things that were not included in my referral from my spine doctor. I concluded that Dr. Kevin Smith truly wants the HELP to find the least restrictive solution for living well. I didn't get the feeling that I was just another name coming through his office. He smiles and laughs and just gives you the feeling that you are spending time with an old friend discussing the days of old sitting on the veranda with an ice cold glass of sweet tea. I don't think I could give a sweeter review than that. Thank you very much to the team at Integrated Pain Specialists of Southern California!
