No words can describe what I just experienced on my visit with Dr. Charles Sanders! I've been experiencing extreme stress and anxiety and I had a gut feeling that it was due to my central nervous system being stuck in fight or flight mode. Long story short, I got hit by a car a few years ago and this really put my body completely out of alignment, so much so that I was not able to access my body's natural ability to release emotions. All of these emotions have been stuck and stored in my CNS and I was in a full on panic mode 24/7 a day. I saw Dr. Sanders yesterday for an adjustment. I've been experiencing a lot of pain in my hamstring and couldn't figure out how to alleviate it. To say I was impressed is an understatement. Dr. Sanders started our first appointment with a thorough explanation of how our bodies function both from mental stress through the mechanics of the effects. You're probably thinking "WHAT?" Yea so was I until he showed me. This was important because I was having severe pain in my right hamstring. I was focusing on stretching and caring for the right side of my body. What he taught me and showed me was that my left side was so tight and stressed that my right side was over compensating. He showed me this throughout the plethora of my body parts that have pain and injuries. He also taught me stretches to reduce the pain and increase mobility. I did the stretches this morning before my workout and there was a remarkable difference. Running for 30 minutes without the excruciating pain was so nice. I was looking for a Chiropractor for my mother because she was in a motor vehicle accident this past weekend. I called this office and spoke with Dr. Sanders trying to get some type of guidance because fortunately no one in my family have ever been in a car accident before so this is all new to me. I was explaining to him everything I've done so far, took her to see her PCP, called insurance and they requested the police report, and looking into a personal injury lawyer. Her PCP prescribed her some pain medication because her airbag deployed and she's experiencing some chest pains. Anyways, we were chatting for about 3-4 minutes and then he says "how old are you?" I reply. Then he says "yeah, you sound young haha." Um, excuse me? Did he really ask me how old I am. Talk about AGEISM! Plus, what does my age have to do with finding a Chiropractor for my mom. I have been to so many Chiropractors before I met Dr. Charles. A lot of them were doing some of the cosmetic stuff, like heating pads etc. and very few "real" adjustments. I will be definitely going back each week untill im 100%. When I left I could walk straight down the hall without tiring, when I got in my car, I could feel the pedal through my shoe. Dr. Sanders is a GIFT to us all! On several occasions he has corrected severe pain in many places with ONE VISIT! I have seen several chiropractors in my life for years at a time for old car injury scar tissue, and a broken tail bone which caused me some problems. I have never had such fast and full relief like this from anyone. I do not feel like a cash cow with this Dr. as I did with others, seeing them for years only to have a little relief here and there. If you want to get well fast and stop your pain, give yourself the gift of this man's talents. When I originally went to see him, all of my joints hurt to move, including my feet and hands. I honestly thought I was paying the price of getting older and was focusing on taking supplements for joints which were not working. During my first visit, Dr. Sanders treated me as a whole instead of focusing on the only area I knew I had bones out of place which were in my neck. Before this appointment, holding a dish would hurt my elbow and squatting down was torment on my knees, my neck was out so far I could physically feel where it pushed out and I believe there were a few ribs that had popped out from moving heavy furniture during a move. After I walked out of that office I thought he was some kind of miracle man. The pain all stopped and I felt right again and not like an 80 year old woman. Recently, I thought I wasn't sure what was wrong with me but I was limping for a couple months and in a lot of pain in my left outer hip joint. Dr. Sanders worked a lot on me a recent session, and 30 min after leaving his office I was standing up tall again, without pain walking straight without that limp I had incurred. I swear this was a miracle because I was twisted from the foot all the way up to my occiput. I have never had such dramatic results happen in one session ever with any chiropractor no matter what their style. Also, a couple weeks ago I was freshly out of the hospital and too weak to make it to his office. He came to my home to adjust me which was another huge success. He also reminds me that I have been working too hard, and that I need to relax more. Sometimes I don't know when to stop pushing myself and just having Dr. Sanders remind me to take breaks, breathe and relax is really influential. Because of him, I have hired help now help me with my home business realizing I don't need to work like a dog. Quality of life over having a little more money is well worth it.
