I had a froze up lower back after horseback ridding all day, so I came in for some stim therapy and an adjustment and I was almost pain free immediately! Dr Moyer's office staff is also very nice and accommodating. The office is very clean and I also appreciate the usage of soft towels on your exam tables and not scratchy tissue paper like every other chiropractor I have been to will use. Oh! They also have an amazing therapy room will different devices to help you out - the roller table is AMAZING and my 12 year old literally falls asleep on it! Dr. Chris Jesperson's methods and practices for your overall health are amazing…read more He utilizes several different ways to help put your body back into alignment through heat & ice, electrolysis tens units and heat at the same time, he even has a massage table with which he applies heat and you lay down while it's rollers work on your back before he physically aligns your spine & neck. But my favorite part (and I'm guessing a lot of his patients will agree with me), is the private personal massage once a week from Jeff. Jeff's got "the magic touch," so they say. He works out the knots in the parts of your body which you indicate hurt the most. He's neither too rough nor too gentle. There've been times where Jeff's done his job so well, that he's even put me to sleep and I've started to snore while he was still working his magic. And after which, those were the times Dr. Jesperson was able to get some of the best alignments done on me! Through Jeff's magic hands, Dr. Jesperson's hands become magic too! Thank you, both! There was no warm welcome or sense of customer care. First, the chiropractor arrived late, not respecting the schedule. My husband did not feel that his process was handled professionally or thoroughly; the chiropractor gave little explanation of his condition. When he asked the receptionist about the next appointment, she just said," It's up to you," instead of offering professional guidance. His previous chiropractor ( who moved far away) always explained his progress and recommended whether more sessions were needed. The difference in professionalism and quality here was clear.
