The issues I was having were not being addressed appropriately by the doctor I was seeing for treatment. I was feeling disappointed, frustrated and unheard. After speaking with Dr. Jain for a brief time, he was able to identify what was going on. He is extremely attentive, empathetic and asked questions specifically related to me (not generic). I felt heard and hopeful after we discussed some treatment options. At no time did I feel that the conversation was hurried. He took as much time as was needed for me to understand and ask questions. Thank you Dr. Jain:)

I would recommend Louie and SI to others - it's different from other treatments.

This is a Dr that care about me as his patience and a person. He treat me as an individual that matters and that my care matters to him. He gives me good advice by being very through in asking questions and getting the full understanding of my needs before he give me that advice. I have learn to trust his care. He would never authorize something I do not need. His Staff is great! Gracie is the best in office care. She follows thru on everything and she very professionally Kind. My full trust is in my God Jehovah and I am so appreciative of Drs like Dr Gavrilyuk who treat medical care with God-like care and understanding. His intelligence and compassion far exceed his skills, though his skills are highly rated. My name is Mrs JAE and I'm a person that loves to show appreciation to deserving ones and this Dr. and his staff are very, very, deserving. I have seen a few neurologists in my time associated to a neck/nerve injury that is clearly seen in…read morepast testing documentation, such as MRIs-NCVs-Ultrasound. I was directed to Dr. Armstron (for my complaints of chronic pain bilateral in my arms proximal to elbows, especially due to sleep patterns). He would not look at the testing I provided, discredited them without even looking at them. Told me the Fwave test for testing nerve root damage was garbage. Claimed he was the all mighty of the ncv test because he has done 30,000 of them. Insisted on insulting me because of my age, 54. Then proceeded to perform an ncv across my wrist for carpal tunnel syndrome. Had he looked at the previous extensive thorough testing he would see that his redundant test was not needed nor was it an issue of my medical complaint. I was looking to get elbow braces that would limit elbow travel while I sleep. I was going to get them through Amazon but the girlfriend told me to go to the doctor for a prescription since I already pay a large premium for insurance. Little did I know I would open myself up to a jack-as like this guy. I'll go back to Amazon. Kaiser is the worst insurance I have ever had, as well as the most expensive. This doctor also claimed that the government is scheduled to stop paying for NCVs because they are so misused and I have an opinion on that. I have had maybe 6 thorough NCVs and this wrist only NCV. It is a very very objective test when administered by an impartial person. Neurologist are not impartial they know how to administer it to the advantage to whom they play for. Neurologists should be barred from the administration of this vital test and that only technicians should be allowed to do this test. A neurologist should only be allowed to read the objective results. In my opinion this is the worst ego driven doctor I have ever seen. I will be pursuing the return of my co-pays and my time as well as running away from kaiser as fast as I can. Not only that this doctor has sent the pre-existing condition enforcers, within the kaiser domain, after me for payment on something I never wanted or complained about to begin with. If i could give a negative 5 star rating I would. What a waste of time.

No words can describe what I just experienced on my visit with Dr. Charles Sanders! I've been…read moreexperiencing extreme stress and anxiety and I had a gut feeling that it was due to my central nervous system being stuck in fight or flight mode. Long story short, I got hit by a car a few years ago and this really put my body completely out of alignment, so much so that I was not able to access my body's natural ability to release emotions. All of these emotions have been stuck and stored in my CNS and I was in a full on panic mode 24/7 a day. While doing some research on how to reset the CNS, I came across Network Spinal Analysis which seemed really promising. I looked up providers in San Diego, and Dr. Charles Sanders came up. I reached out to him on yelp just last night and asked him about his services, he scheduled a call with me immediately, and I spoke to him at 10pm last night. Today I had my first appointment, he adjusted my whole entire body and also performed Network Spinal Analysis on me, and the flood gates of emotions opened up. I cried, screamed, laughed and shook while my body was releasing all of these stored emotions. Since my appointment just a few hours ago, I feel like a completely new person, I've been social and laughing and feeling extremely positive. I booked another appointment with Dr. Charle this Friday. All I can say is that he is the real deal and beyond!! My experience today with Dr. Charles Sanders, has hands down been the most mind blowing (in a good way) experience of my life!! Thank you brotha! I don't think I can ever express or repay you for what you have gave me access to. My ability to once again release emotions naturally, as we were intended to.

Also, incompetence in the care and treatment of a patient; and excessively prescribed controlled substances. Effective 10/15/2020, Dr. Smith's license was revoked, stayed, placed on seven years probation until the anticipated end date of 11/14/2027. Unfortunately, Dr. Smith cares about the almighty dollar $$. I can't tell you how many times I heard about his yacht, Rolls Royce and all of his wonderful vacations. He owns the Medical Marijuana Dispensary in his Mission Valley location. He also owns Alcala Labs where he has people's urine tested. He owns the entire building at his Mission Valley location. For many years he charged me $25.00 to have a prior authorization for my opioid pain medication. My insurance company finally told me that I wasn't to be charged for a prior authorization. My attorney had my medical records subpoenaed and I was blown away when I saw records that obviously did not pertain to me. My records were completely in disarray! The front office staff and nurses are rude and dismissive. In fact, I have never seen such a revolving door of various staff hired and fired. I suggest that each and every person who goes to this establishment for care, first read the case for Dr. Smith's medical license # G 66777. Patients have loss their lives and nearly every pain management doctor in San Diego County is cognizant of Dr. Smith and the cases against him. Do not blindly continue care without making sure you are aware of Dr. Smith's medical license restrictions, and the patients who lost their lives. Lastly, Patient Beware!

The appointment was efficient without feeling rushed. Everything was handled with care, and the office was clean, relaxing, and well-kept. My only suggestions would be for an online appointment booking system for convenience and a different font for the eye chart. I found the font a little difficult to read compared to other eye charts I've seen. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this office and would return again. Wow, went to the DMV today and apparently Dr. Jones already helped upload my documents. Incredibly amazing and efficient!!!!!!! Truly amazing! I'm awestruck. He went above and beyond.
