The customer service at Lifestyle Outdoors really wasn't bothered and rescheduled for 2-weeks out with another technician. I asked if there was anything they could do to have it serviced sooner and they said no. I explained I would leave a yelp review for this and the customer service rep told me that was fine. So this is for extremely poor customer service.

We first met with them in 2021 and they created several proposals, with and without a swimming pool, for different budget levels. We also got a few other bids from other companies, but their designs were so much less impressive and attractive that they weren't worth doing at all. We finally decided to move forward with a scaled-back version in late 2023. Garden View replaced our curved, multilevel brick patio with a modern paver one that is much larger and nicer. They also squared out our driveway and replaced most of our plants and trees with nicer versions. In the process, we also discovered that there were a number of foundation problems with our garage and office and they did all of that work too. Their electricians, plumbers, framers, concrete workers, and landscapers are all friendly and proficient and they make sure you are happy with the work, even years later.

RYAN responded, conducted an inspection of the spa, and suggested a "clean sweep" service, which included cleaning the interior and exterior of the spa cabinet, removing pest evidence, replacing a non-working part, draining the spa, cleaning it, refilling it, and getting the chemicals back in order. RYAN was very knowledgable and friendly. Regarding the cost, it was very reasonable. At no time did it appear RYAN was trying to sale anything; just an honest inspection without any hidden fees. In addition, we were able to have the work scheduled and completed within two days. At the conclusion of the work, RYAN provided before and after photos.
