She showed me the options that would work for me. She was very professional, helpful, friendly and overall sweet. I was a little intimidated by all of the options, but she narrowed it down for me and even suggested if they didn't have my size in women's we could attempt a men's boot that could also work. At first everything was fine and after she wore them the first time, the back of her foot was getting scraped and she complained. We initially thought she would have to break them in, but then the bottom foam of both sneakers started to peel badly. Small paint chips were coming off, so she called the store. She was placed on hold by one of the asian owners, and another worker was placed on the phone. She then explained the problem and asked for a refund or exchange, and was told that it was a defect and to come to the store and she would be taken care of. We went to the store together a few days later after we finished working. The Asian lady Ms.Kim behind the counter once the situation was explained was very rude and demanded to know why she would be responsible for the sneaker malfunction. When asked if the sneakers were even authentic she went into a rant, prompting one of her workers to ask if he could help us, but initially he was rude too and said they do not provide refunds, but they do exchanges. After asking about the exchange Ms Kim behind the counter again began arguing with my girlfriend saying that its not her fault and they don't sell fake sneakers irately. Again one of the two workers there, a different one this time, intervened and called someone on the phone. After this phone call he assisted us with an exchange of that pair to a different pair of 90 air max. We also had to pay the $10 dollars difference between the old pair and the new pair. The old pair being $70, the new being $80. Ms Kim even had a lot to say about that until we threatened to call the cops and have them deal with it. Hopefully these are real and do not peel. sheeeeesh, what an experience. I would not recommend anyone who likes authentic sneakers free from "defects" to go there. Not only was the product bad/ and or bootleg, they were rude about it as if we were wrong for saying so. Buyer be wary...

Had a conversation about zodiac signs because I was telling my mom what I wanted for my birthday (*cough* March 11th *cough*) My mom went in to buy herself a Christmas present. Yes I know I'm writing this review in February, but she really just went to buy her Christmas present. My mother roamed around the store until she decided that she wanted sneakers. I don't know who this senior citizen thinks she is wanting Michael Kors sneakers, but I can't stop her, she my mama lol. The woman working the shoe department was very patient. I mean very patient. My mother is the most indecisive person ever. We walked in with the intent of getting a watch & left with sneakers, cologne, & perfume. The last two were for people at work. When she woke up the next morning, she decided that she was going to get the watch & return the gifts. Which by the way, I told her not to get anyway because they're going to think you're crazy giving them Christmas presents in February. They were very helpful with the returns & the purchasing of the watch she should've originally bought in the first place!
