I stopped in and looked around and Michael, the salesperson, asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. I had found a pair of gold sandals and asked if he knew which colors clothing would go with it. I am terrible at color coordination and likely mismatch my attire. He said that he wasn't sure because apparently he has been wearing shades of brown with black and was told they don't match. Lol. I texted a friend who is trendy and stylish, but she didn't respond so I asked Michael if he had the same sandals in black. Fortunately it was my lucky day and they did. So I decided to purchase the black instead of gold thinking that it would match with more stuff. I am happy with my purchase and hopefully they are comfortable. Only time will tell.

That's the most I've found in the two years that I lived near this store, so I decided to keep digging and see how far my newfound luck would take me. Long story short, I left with 5 pairs of beautiful boots, adding a pair of knee-high blue velvet, a pair of green suede, and a pair of grey suede ankle boots to my haul. There was also a crazy sale going on (I think it was an extra 25% off all boots). I also had a few gift cards with a couple of dollars left on them. All told, I spent less than $200 on 5 pairs of fabulous boots. What's really crazy is the $324 that I saved... SAVED!! Unreal! That's what I call a score.

The sales rep there, an older gentlemen with long gray hair, was visibly displeased when he heard that I want to return the items. When I told him that I got a better deal off Ecco's website, he responded in a snobbish tone, and I quote "Next time you should check the website before you buy from here". I am sorry, I did not know that was the requirement of the store that I should do my shopping around BEFORE I come to buy from him. So, I grabbed my phone to get the email receipt of my online purchase, and he goes "You don't have to show me the proof", to which I responded, "No, you must see now". Of course he didn't. Now before any of the readers assume that I returned those shoes after wearing them for a week, let me clarify that I didn't even try them after purchase. Two of the three shoes still had the laces tied the way they were from the store. I know my shoe size and I know Ecco shoes fitment, so I never bother trying them on if I like them and buy them. I have been wearing Ecco shoes for almost 10 years now without any fitment issues. I was wondering why both of the days the store was nearly empty. Parking is plentiful, but no matter where you park, you'll be walking, because the place is extensive. There are some accessible elevators and elevators, but beware, they're typically out of order at any given time. You'll also find great deals here if you take your time and search, and can find some really great items. The food court, however, is seriously lacking in choices. Im actually quite surprised! But there also a lot of dessert and specialty shops that compete with the eateries in the food court, but I don't think that's an excuse. So after all that shopping, don't place your heart on good sit down eating at the outlets. Service typically depends on the store, but I do feel like this place has a bit of racial discrimination and bias. Like there is an uneasiness among everyone, and some people excessively watch people of color, especially if you're shopping alone. They're not as "brave" if you're with a group of 2 or more ppl.
