I went during a 50% off everything in the store. I was able to stock up on my sweats, tees, and socks. Usually they have a good inventory. Shoe department is always kept clean. One of my pet peeves is shopping in a shoe department and shoes are on the floor, or the sizes are mixed up. One of my biggest disappointments is not so much in the store, but with Adidas overall, is that their Asiage sandals. The sandals with the massaging beads on the sole and the velcro strap have changed their quality for the worse. My pair are wearing out and I wanted to replace them. The sandals now are very flimsy. If your been wearing Adidas for a long time, you will definitely notice the difference. Very cheap quality yet the price is still the same. Regardless of the sale, I wouldnt buy them. This Adidas outlets is one of my favorites stores at the Clarksburg Outlet.

Great story behind on how he started. However this locating has been disappointing in my last visits. When you enter the store, there use to be a greeter or someone near the door welcoming you. Now you see an employee near the door, stuck on their cell phone. Not a good look! Just imaging if someone was a mystery shopper from UA or someone from the company visiting. This location is somewhat smaller to the ones located in the malls. I noticed that the selection for woman is a lot smaller. I love UA graphic tees but at this location was was very limited. Clothing is expensive and sales are very minimal. The Freedom shirts which are my favorite. Ran for 2 for $30, however you must buy 2 shirts to get the deal. If you buy one. You will have to pay the full price for a tee, ($25). My most recent visit, when I was in the womens section, a nice female employee greeted all the customers that entered and offered her assistance. Though I was looking at sport bras, she tried helping me find one in my size, and it was out of stock, she went to find out which nearby stores had it. The best time to come is during the week. The weekends are the worst time to come. Lines are long!

The team member didn't say her name (nor did I think to ask) on the phone call, but did inform me that the outlet store sells the masks, at the same 2/$40 promotions currently being offered at non-outlet stores. She also offered that the Anne Arundal Mall UA location also had the same inventory stock on the masks as the Clarksburg location and that due to supply and demand, the colors of masks (other than the charcoal and black ones with chrome logo) are not as available. It was a short, but comprehensive phone call, and I am grateful for the attention I received from the team member!

Same with panties. I love their undies with the thick elastic band that says Calvin Klein. It's durable and doesn't move around. Though I recommend hand washing them so they last longer. I got 3 sets. They have Mostly monochromatic colors. Rarely you'll see bright colors. Very nice associates to help. Today they had 30% off, then another 20% off. Then because I'm a member another 15%. I wish they would do one big bulk discount, it would draw more customers. Clean fitting rooms. That's a plus! Very clean and organized store. I was almost immediately greeted when I entered the store and was asked if I was looking for anything in particular. The store associate showed me a couple of options for what I was looking for, and then when I searching through the stack of pants, another store associate came over and asked if I needed help finding a particular size. I found the size, but not in the color I wanted, and she offered to go into the back and see if she had the color I was looking for. Everyone was super helpful and accomodating. The dressing room attendant even asked how everything worked out and took the items I didn't like in a really nice way. To top it off, I accidentally left something I purchased at another shop in the dressing room by accident, and the dressing room attendant ran out to give it to me. Great service! So I went up to buy some pants and they were like half off what was on the price tag. Maybe I missed the discount sign where the pants were- but it was a VERY welcome surprise when I got to the register. All in all, wouldn't hesitate to shop here again. In fact, I've been once or twice before this particular occasion I'm writing about and found a really cool rain jacket.

Theory is always sending me emails being like "Right now: 70 percent off of practically everything in our store!" Well... it's like 70 percent off like 10 percent of things. And that 10 percent of things is originally priced at like 400 dollars. So most all of their clothes there I would say go for in between 100-350 dollars. It's not cheap. THAT SAID! A few years ago I went to buy a light jacket and I stumbled into Theory for the first time. I saw this rack that was marked at 80 percent off, and there was this beautiful black jacket on it that I ended up buying. It was the most I've ever spent on a jacket... up until this most recent visit 0.0 BUT! It is easily my favorite jacket, the quality is TOP notch, and it has held up like an absolute champ for all those years with no real serious signs of wear. I believe in the products. Which is why when I was looking for a nice winter coat, one of my first stops was Theory. Luckily... they were having their Black Friday sale... which means I ended up with this BOMB winter coat that has down in it. It is so incredibly comfortable, warm, and you can tell is constructed expertly. I also ended up with this cute little bomber style jacket and a sweater. The saleswoman there were as helpful and friendly as can be. Because it was their Black Friday sale, and SO much of the store was marked at deeper discounts than it's already pretty deep discounts, I spent an inordinate amount of time in that store trying SO many things on. I felt the need to joke to the saleswoman that I'm probably gonna spend so much time in the store that the shifts are gonna change (it was 10:30 in the morning for some context). There was this one absolutely stunning wool coat that I put on and ALMOST bought, but with how much money I was already spending on the other stuff, I really displayed the most meager amount of will power ever displayed by a human being and put it back on the rack. Even though the saleswoman were super nice and were telling me how good I look in it, and don't worry, I agreed. I just couldn't justify that purchase at that time. So... I'll probably go back tomorrow before the sale ends... I mean... if it happens on two separate days... it doesn't count right? Ugh... that coat was so nice. Like stop. Just stop.
