I took my chances and went with the $3 choice. As a new coffee drinker, I'm not too picky about where I get my caffeine fix, and this CVS refrigerated option did the trick. What surprised me most was how big and clean this CVS was--especially for a downtown location! The aisles were neatly organized, everything was easy to find, and the parking right outside was a lifesaver for my morning commuter rush. Good to know I have a solid, quick-stop "corner store" near my house for future caffeine emergencies!

I called Doyle's on Saturday desperately hoping they had what we needed and could compound it. Stephanie was immediately on it, not only finding the medication but calling the vet hospital multiple times to ensure she could safely compound it for a parrot and to get the prescription. We could not get there before closing time due to construction traffic so she left it in a bag with an ice pack hidden outside so we could get it. Thanks to her my husband's beloved parrot made a full recovery. I can't say how much it meant to us to have someone who was so willing to go above and beyond to help us.

If you ever need prescription medications that require compounding, this is hands-down the best…read morepharmacy to go to. Compounding Shop Pharmacy is conveniently located in Stafford off 59 and Wilcrest, directly across the street from Aga's, which makes it easy to find. The space is very clean and well-organized, and the customer service is top notch. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain things clearly--something you don't always get at larger pharmacies. The waiting room is spacious with about four seats, and they even offer free refrigerated bottled water, which is a nice touch. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, and the last time I was there they were playing good music at just the right volume--not too loud, not too soft. As a bonus, they even offer a discount for writing a review, which shows how confident they are in their service. If your doctor prescribes something that needs to be specially formulated, I highly recommend Compounding Shop Pharmacy. Professional, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused.

Weird on the outside was not as bad as inside. I was looking for a bar soap. I saw the shelves but I can't get to it because it's so low on the ground. It doesn't make sense. Why are the shelves so low? They used a huge space for cosmetics like a department store and sacrificed sleeves spaces for small things like bar soaps. I'm not a tall person. Consider someone taller than me shopping here and trying to get bar soaps. Gee. If you have the patience to deal with the impossible, come here anyway. They open 24/7 is only reason I gave one more star.

I have walking pneumonia and I'm over 70 years old. The cough medicine was put in a bottle twice the size of the amount prescribed. The instructions are, 10 ml every 6 hours. They provided a couple of syringes. The syringe doesn't reach the liquid. Seriously? I called the pharmacy, explained the mistake on their end. I also explained I was running a little over 100 degree temperature AND I have walking pneumonia. I asked for them to deliver the appropriate size bottle. I didn't have enough energy to go back out in our 100+ weather. They refused. However, they did offer for me to drive over and they would be able to give me the bottle. How kind. So, I get to pour out small portions of the syrup, measure the 10 ml, get a funnel and pour any excess back into the bottle. Shame on the pharmacist for not correcting his employee's mistake. Shame on the person who filled the bottle. Full disclosure, this particular pharmacy has a pretty good status on accuracy. At least I'm hoping so. I'll be scrutizing all future prescriptions. I'd change pharmacies, but Walgreens is medicore at best.
