He checked the house the pump everything. Come to find out my toilet had been running. He also found that the pump I had was not big enough and that I had tons of water left in my well but that the pump was not reaching it all. He replaced the pump with one that was fit for my system. He also checked my filters. They also did a treatment of the water. His prices were very reasonable especially for coming out on short notice. I have recently had them install a water softener. Upon getting to my house and looking at my pump, I was informed that they don't service or sell my type of pump. I was rather surprised to hear that since I had certainly thought that they could do that or I never would have hired them. No one asked me what type of pump I have. I have the paperwork for my pump and could have told them before asking them to come out. The technician told me about another company that services my pump which I would have obviously called if I was just asked what pump I have. This company wanted to then sell me a different pump at thousands more then the pump that I have in my home. I asked to speak to the service representative and almost begged for some of my money back because I then had to call another company. He was extremely unkind and basically said that the owner wants $600 to come out. He refused to even cut the cost in half. I feel that this was truly unfair since I would not have had them come to my house if they had just asked and I told them what pump I have. Seems very deceptive to me.

Here is another one of those reviews to add...David picked up the phone when I called- he asked a couple questions and said he could come out within the next couple hours. I needed to leave to go to work and said, can we do it at the end of the day? He said, absolutely, just text me when you're on your way home. He was here for quite a while trying to troubleshoot a very old connection. He never gave up, figured it out and had the flowing going where it should be! He even helped me hook up my washing machine hose. 5 stars is not enough! Great guy, great service, great company.
