It is like pulling teeth to get a crew back to correct their mistakes. T&D is the only crew I hired that completed the necessary repairs in the time scheduled and also corrected deficient work by other contractors. This is a local family business that I believe values its reputation and the next time I need work on the property they will be my first call.

Avoid Ok this is a…read morereview for All City Garage Door Repair. For some reason Yelp has merged these reviews with that of a similar sounding appliance service company, or the door repair owner is aware of a fault in Yelp's website and is exploiting it for its benefit. Yelp needs to straighten that out I called believing this is a local business and scheduled a door repair. I get a tech from a totally different company name {Grage (sic) Door Services per the business card} out of Boston Ma. Asked about the difference in name and he tells me they are all the same.....hmmm. He replaces a cable and does a "tune up" (which involved greasing the tracks) for an exorbitant amount of $250. Still went ahead because I was in a bind and the door wasn't opening. Turns out the repair was botched. The door now was closing crooked, caused by incorrectly installing the cable length. Also the cable was misthreaded and was rubbing another cable that would have prematurely worn through with use. Google the website on the business card (Garage Doors Service, 1-888-338-3667 www.Garagedoorss.com) and the reviews are a hot mess. Had I known the reputation of these guys I would I would have declined the service. Had another tech from another company take a look and fix it. So after poking around I think this All City Garage company (and others) are a front for GDS. 1) All City's website is brand new, domain registered late May 2018. Note the garage specific reviews on yelp all happen after this date. Also garage repair reviews from people in Washington and California for a RI company. Check some of their past reviews. Some review other garage door services across the country with nearly the same website language and layout.....Hmmm 2) The owners pics on review are just pulled from Google. Do an image search 3) Their website is copy pasta found on other "garage door repair" websites with Cranston filled in where appropriate. Found the same website text here: http://www.jcoverheaddoorcompany.com/garage-door-repair-brockton.html and http://www.amarrgaragedoorssantamonica.com/about-us-santamonica.html and http://www.heartlandoverheaddoor.com/garage-door-repair-abington.html Avoid using this company.

The work done was highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory. They got paint on our floors, on our furniture and linens, did not remove switch plates before painting, painted a room the wrong color, got wall paint all over trim. Very sloppy drywall repair and completely unsatisfactory trim woodwork. The company has several crews of workers, so you don't know who you will get. After much (argumentative) back and forth with the company, they did send someone to fix mistakes. Thankfully they sent someone different (Danny) who was honest and skillful. He spent 3 full days fixing the mistakes of the original crew.
