Small job had grown to bigger job I needed 4 cracked tiles…read morereplaced in a bathroom Mike called back a day after I left a message. He came and quoted a fair price on the small job. As I further spoke with Mike I became aware that a good friend uses his services regularly in his real estate business. I then spoke with Mike about a tileback splash in my kitchen. The job turned out exceptional. Mike listened to me and the finished job was done in a timely and professional manner. Mike quoted both the small tile job and backsplash job separately but we agreed on a price that was acceptable to both of us. Basically Mike gave a better price if he completed both jobs. Jobs were done timely and with excellent workmanship. 3 people home owners need: 1) a good electrician - check 2) a good plumber - check 3) a good handyman - check - Mike's number is now in my contacts I'm also having him quote several other jobs also. Bad experience; windows were not installed correctly and there were gaps you could see sunshine…read morethrough once the foam expanded and rain/cloudiness was over. I had 2 other contractors look and both were horrified. They took out my window weights after I told them not to (probably for the scrap money) and took them, without asking, but didn't clean up anything else after. They didn't bring the right tools and left in the middle of the job to get them. They said over and over how they guaranteed their work - the job was crappy and they knew it (I have plenty of photos). They promised to reimburse me in full over 4 payments - now I'm getting ghosted. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before; it sounds typical for them. I regret this decision and they have my money while I had to pay someone else to do the job right. Check if they have a contractors license and insurance ! Not worth it - I plan to file in small claims court - unacceptable!

In hindsight I wish I had taken him to small claims. He's a thief who you should not do business with. I have texts to back this up." The sad thing is that before he tried to steal my money he did great work on two jobs.
