This company is great, very affordable and budget friendly. I see a lot of people on here. Who claimed they got great service, but still never left a review! Until they hAve a falling out with this company. So, I wouldn't take any of their experience seriously. They call themselves nice guys and claim everything is transparent. But they're anything, but. They wanted to charge me $35 for a $17 part from home depot. I ended up picking it up myself. They came, did the work. The 2 guys that did the work were great asked for a receipt. We're going on 4 months now. Still, don't have a receipt. I would never use this company again. read more

Bad experience; windows were not installed correctly and there were gaps you could see sunshine through once the foam expanded and rain/cloudiness was over. I had 2 other contractors look and both were horrified. They took out my window weights after I told them not to (probably for the scrap money) and took them, without asking, but didn't clean up anything else after. They didn't bring the right tools and left in the middle of the job to get them. They said over and over how they guaranteed their work - the job was crappy and they knew it (I have plenty of photos). They promised to reimburse me in full over 4 payments - now I'm getting ghosted. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before; it sounds typical for them. I regret this decision and they have my money while I had to pay someone else to do the job right. Check if they have a contractors license and insurance ! I had agreed to delete my poor review in order to get paid back what he owed me for work not completed. That was poor judgement on my part, as I have now heard from others who he has scammed. I am now adding my negative review back to hopefully prevent others from being scammed. "He took my money and ran. After months of no shows I demanded my deposit back and he continually promised he would. I requested the money back in Venmo several times. In hindsight I wish I had taken him to small claims. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE FAKES AND FRAUDS! I hired this company to do a few side projects on my house. At first everything went fine. However it all turned into a nightmare. I hired Mr Nice guy handyman ( Victor and Angel they are a married couple that owns the place) to powerwash and paint my front and back porch. The job was supposed to be done over a month and a half ago, but I had to listen to every excuse in the world why they couldn't make it. FINALLY they show up to do the power washing. Victor from the get go was giving me an attitude. I did nothing wrong to him and I kept asking what's wrong. He still is giving me an attitude for no reason. They were upset with another customer that gave them a hard time over a dishwasher in Warren. Obviously they took it out on me. Especially Victor. No matter how nice I tried to be to him he gave me an attitude. That's when I find out that they changed their minds and said I'm only getting one coat of paint on my porches. When on the invoice it says clear as day I'm getting 2 coats of paint. That really upset me. They were taking their anger they had on the customer in Warren on me. Remember I gave them a big deposit for this job. So the next day Victor shows up and I go outside to greet him. Once again he's giving me an attitude. I'm like saying to myself " what did I do to this guy for him to be giving me an attitude." I did question him about me supposed to be getting two coats of paint and they're only giving me one. That was really bothering me. But I was very nice about it but Victor didn't want to hear it and he starts yelling at me and giving me an attitude. Then he tells me he's not going to paint my front porch. I had no reason why he decided to do this to me. That's when I couldn't take it anymore and I started yelling back. There's only so much a human being can take. On Victor's lunch break I even went outside to apologize to him for the argument that we got in. He didn't want to hear it. He was nothing but rude and arrogant. I went outside and I noticed that he wasn't taping up my vinyl housing and he was getting paint all on my vinyl. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. So I questioned him about that and then we got into a big argument again. He's yelling at me I'm yelling at him. It was complete pandemonia. I couldn't believe a professional company would treat a customer like this. It got so ugly that I yelled at him and told him to get off my property. People beware of this company. They are not who they say they are. They are a bunch of hacks and frauds. I told Angel who does the bookmaking that I want my $400 deposit back. She refused to give it back to me and instead says I owe them $68. Which is actually comical. I got a job that wasn't completed, wasn't done properly and I had to deal with an arrogant person on top of it. I told Angel I'll just see you in court. Let a judge decide if I get my money back. Had a ceiling issue in my basement caused by a leak in the upstairs bathroom that needed to be repaired. Found Mr Nice Guy Handyman Service through Yelp and decided to request an estimate. Estimate came right away and was very reasonable. Ceiling work was completed quickly, within a week of the estimate. Workmanship is high quality.
