They tried to remove it with nail polish remover which made it even worse. Additionally, they left a got torch gun on my wooden floors, and melted off the polyurethane in several spots. After all this I'm out a $300 vanity, and I have to call another plumber to reinstall everything. And where's Dave? Kept getting excuses like " my whole family has covid" - so 3 weeks later I reach out again - "not doing too great". "I'll get there by end of week, I promise" Then just stops answering my calls and txts. I'm the meantime I see his company is actively working. Not sure I would want to deal with someone who does an incomplete job and then ghosts you. I may fild a complaint with the contractors board.

I asked him to text me a repair quote that evening so I could share it with my spouse. That quote never came. I texted him on Tuesday and got no reply. I called on Wednesday but it's a "virtual phone assistant" and there's no way to talk to a real person. I texted again that same Wednesday and still did not get a response. Eventually I called a different company to come do the repair.
