I had Tom come out to give me an estimate for a number of small jobs around the house that I needed to get done before putting the house up for sale...some painting, repairing a sticking door, replacing a towel rack that I tried to do myself and royally screwed up, replacing a small deck outside the back door and some patching and painting of drywall that had cracked. First, Tom showed up exactly on time for our appointment for the estimate - first very good sign since my experience with contractors/handymen is that they work on their own time. Tom was super nice and very friendly. He looked at all the work I needed done and took notes. We had a nice conversation and I immediately felt comfortable with having him in my home to do the work without me being there. When the estimate came in it was more than fair for the work to be done. I accepted his estimate and we set for him to start on Monday. Again, based on my past experience, I really didn't expect him to show on Monday, but he did and got a lot of the work done. I was so pleased when I got home and saw how much he had done and that he worked very cleanly. Tom came back on Tuesday to finish up and everything is perfect. The work is high quality and you can't even tell any work was done in the places he fixed/repaired. I could not be more pleased with the great job that Tom did and I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely call him again should I need any work done.

After a, what seemed to me, long process, the owner and I were able to reach an agreement on the expectations of this job vs. the results and we figured an amicable solution in order for us both to move on and chalk this up as a learning experience for both. I respect the fact that the company worked with me and ultimately recognized my issues and were clearly intent on creating a solution for me. For that, I commend them and would recommend.
