From initial consultation to start of the work, everything was smooth and very simple - he explained very clearly what was needed and kept making sure I had no questions. During the same visit, as he was assessing the roof on my garage, he inquired if I ever considered a skylight for the bonus room. In like manner, he had an assessment and estimate in my hands and, after I agreed, likewise made a point to begin the work as soon as he could. I've attached pictures to show progress. I am beyond pleased with the final product. Not only did they install a beautiful skylight, they repainted the rest of the wall to match and the finished work looks as if it were installed as part of the original bonus room. Douglas and his team clearly know roofing, windows, and framing. And their skills back up their work. To make things even better, when a subsequent wind & rain storm resulted in a few drips on the sides of the skylight, Douglas and team were back within days to reassess their work - they removed the skylight, re-checked and shored up the lining, and reinstalled the window in less than a day at no additional cost. Douglas and his company stand by their word and their work. It is a lost attribute in this world of service-providers, and thus working with them was refreshing. Looking forward to the next project where I can bring them in.

Henrique and his fixed the damage, made the room much more weatherproof, and made the inside far far nicer than it was before. Henrique also had great suggestions on how to improve, rather than just repair. My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out.

Brutal experience with them back in 2022-2024. Would take weeks and, more than once, even months…read moreto get them to come back and do any work (see screenshots of my text interactions with them -- note the dates). They were supposed to build a new rubber roof. It started leaking on 3 separate occasions (which btw was never fully fixed -- we moved on to different contractors who did address the issues). And like I said, it would take months for them to actually come back and attempt to fix anything. Often they'd come by, look at the damage, then I wouldn't hear from them for multiple weeks. Meanwhile, more damage continues to accrue to the walls and ceilings. The internal fixes they applied for the water damage were just patch jobs. They just plastered and painted over. Meanwhile, the insulation behind the wall was soaked and accrued black mold that we had to address later. Also worth pointing out a major blunder at the beginning of the project (see attached videos and pics). They opened up the roof, and left it open for multiple days without doing any work. Well of course a major rainstorm came by (which was on the weather forecast well in advance). Alll that water poured into the house in the middle of the night setting off fire alarms. It was a nightmare to deal with on my end.

Out of all of them Miller fence was the only one that: Sales rep did not respond to my emails Significantly under quoted the amount of fence I would need ( on an extremely small job- only 24 feet plus gate) Had to come out and fix mistakes, cut corners, still finding mistakes multiple times ( example: only using 1 nail on boards, fence cuts at bottom are horrible) Did not clean up after their work- causing 2 nails going into my tractor tires Having employees injured due to lack of training with the equipment they were using (using a jack hammer and was hurt within 30 min on the job) Damaging personal property - downspout ripped off the house, hanging by one screw ..And left like that! Most of the pictures are how the left the job "competed" the first time... I did not think it was fair to pay the last third (so after I didn't respond for two weeks) they said they were going to charge my card that day. I emailed back saying no, and without my authorization, they charged my credit card anyways.
