His staff is also great as they are responsive on the phone and fill prescriptions quickly - sometimes while I'm still sitting in the office so that they're ready for pick up at CVS down the road after my appointments. He also went the extra mile in getting a prior authorization for meds approved from my insurance, who have been very challenging to deal with to say the least.
