Dr. Henry Cardenas is top notch Chiropractic Doctor. I gave suffered post car accident pain in my right shoulder arm and numbness. I could not sleep for many nights. Great place to get your whole body in alignment to how it was created to function. The staff people (front desk, doctors, and student interns) are very kind and helpful. I've been going here for almost one year. I get adjusted, schedule a massage once in a while, and buy high quality supplements to feel better and stronger. The doctors are all wonderful and friendly. I've learned to stretch out my muscles and to roll them out at home. I have slight scoliosis (curved spine) and it's straightening out. I've also given birth to 6 babies that are all grown up.
