This is my favorite location to get chiropractic adjustments. I drive all the way from Whittier because out of all the locations that I've been to this one has the best doctors when it comes to mid and lower back adjustments Dr. Novac is the best. I have never had anyone crack my lower spine that well. :) and when it comes to upper neck cervical adjustment, Dr. Jay is my favorite which ever doctor I get. I am always happy. Front desk is also very friendly. I have been to several locations in Orange County and some LA County and this is the best office by far. I keep my membership for these doctors specifically. read more

I'm certain that the great reviews are well deserved however, I have to question the motives of the "Corporate" office. If caring for people were the true motive for this organization they would not have allowed a client to walk out on account of unrelated issues. I would not sign a document which authorizes The Joint to subject me to marketing and advertising via text and or email. The claim is that they can not contact me without this authorization. Funny how none of my other healthcare providers require such a release. The manager suggested I write in the margin of the page to clarify my whish to not receive such material. Please. They have their story and they may even share it in a reply here but they allowed a client to leave over a foolish marketing scheme. They tried to convince me but if that signature is a prerequisite for them to concern themselves with my care, then I am not interested. I have to say that the young lady who had to try to convince me on behalf of the Corporation, was an absolute doll. She is a credit to that place for sure. I suppose if you don't mind every company you deal with sending Spam to you, you'll be just fine. I will just use another chiropractor. read more

On a Sunday, I confirmed that they closed at 2 PM and planned my visit accordingly, arriving at 1:50 PM. As I walked up, I paused briefly to throw away a water bottle, and in that moment, I heard someone locking the door and saw the blinds shut immediately. It was only 1:55 PM. I knocked, called, and even left a voicemail explaining that I had traveled 30 minutes for my adjustment--no response. I also sent a text, but still, nothing. I completely understand if they have a cut-off time for accepting patients, but the way this was handled was frustrating and unprofessional. No one exited the office until 2 PM, when the receptionist walked out and locked up behind her, confirming there were no other patients inside. If this is how they treat paying members who make an effort to show up, it makes me question their commitment to patient care. I expected better. read more

This doctor office leverages you in and makes you wait ungodly lengths of time. I got in at 3:05, one patient in front of me. A first time patient. First person gets called I fill out paperwork. I finish and wait. 3 patients arrive after me. All three of them get called before me. And mind you, I am a first time visitor. The front desk lady, Shittiea refused to listen to me when I was now 40 minutes waiting. Dr. jay is not a very good customer service person. Consider going elsewhere. read more

Been coming here for 10+ years since they first opened. My Doctor of choice is Dr. Arnold and he adjusts me how I like. I've referred many friends and family here. I come in and find out he is no longer at this location. You get rid of the best doctor here but it's ok I now have to drive to Rosemead or Pici Rivera to see him. Good luck!! read more

craziness of a life time!! heres my experience. came in needing my back done. front desk girl told me to come back at 3pm. ok great. i fill out the forms before i go. i come back 2 days later. the doctor says " oh we dont take car accident victims" uhh wtf! so i left pissed and confused. so now i wasted all this time, gas,etc. this is the most bizarre ish ive ever heard. now i got to find a chiro to help me. good luck folks! and the front desk girl aint too bright read more

Will change review based on the result of my billing issue with location. Got scammed into being billed 1 more month. I called the ocation to cancel my membership and the lady over the phone stated as long as I come in person before my billing cycle, I can cancel. So I showed up the day before my billing cycle and THEN she stated, I needed to show up 2-3 day before my billing cycle and that it was too late for me to cancel and that i will be charged for the month already. I told her "that's not what you told me," She said if I wanted to cancel , then i would NOW need to cancel after my billing cycle i will not be refunded. I was misinformed by her and I feel like she left out information out just to get money from me. Mite have to dispute with my bank unless location refunds me my money. read more

I don't typically leave reviews on yelp, but I have to leave one here because I'm warning and pleading with you (as the customer) NOT to go here if Arnold is the one that is going to be doing your adjustment. My daughter goes here for her chronic pain (back, neck, shoulders and hips) and Arnold is truly the worst person you could see at this facility. My daughter has seen him multiple times now because she wanted to give him a fair chance to see if he was just having a bad day the first time she went. However, he has not helped her feel relief after any of her visits to this location. Arnold rushes through the adjustment, doesn't ask questions about your pain and he explains nothing about what he's going to be doing during the adjustment. My daughter was in and out of this chiropractic office in about 5 minutes. He had her lay down on her stomach, and popped her upper back and neck within about a minute. Then, he had her sit on a chair and snapped her neck to the side (both left and right) and then told her "alright! We got you all fixed up." She continued to tell him that she was still in a lot of pain in specific areas, which she tried to do at the beginning, and he told her "yeah... you're gonna want to go home and ice those spots." As the customer, my daughter felt that he was dismissive, not informative, lacked the skills to explain what was going to be done for her, and he seemed like he was a know it all. My daughter has been going to this location recently, but we are now going to use a different location as her home office location because the chiropractors there are informative, patient, willing to listen, and they take their time with explaining the adjustments. Arnold does not say "ok, take a deep breath in... now breathe out" while doing any of the adjustments. This goes back to him snapping her neck within a 10 second period, and it pissed me off as her mother because every other chiropractor she has ever had has at least told her to breathe in and then breathe out before popping her back and neck. For anyone thinking of using this location, I'm pleading with you to specifically ask for any other chiropractor available because he's not professional and doesn't seem to care to listen to you as the client that is in pain. Since you pay for these adjustments, you obviously want to get the most out of these adjustments, but he will not do that for you. To Arnold, please take the time to listen to your client's concerns and slow down. Explain what is being done and actually take the time to do more than just two or three quick pops. I'm wondering how this facility sees you as an asset to their team when you genuinely don't do what a good chiropractor is paid to do. When my daughter tried to explain what is still causing her severe pain, you cut her off mid-sentence and told her "go ahead and lay down on your stomach and I will fix you up." Clearly, you did not "fix her up," and I don't expect you to since she has had chronic pain for over half of her life. However, I do expect you to listen to her and not just dismiss her after doing a quick and horrible adjustment. Every other chiropractor has taken the time to listen to her and will do other forms of adjustments to help the targeted pain areas. I really hope that you take the time to read this review because you're not good at what you do, and you are part of the reason people don't like chiropractors. I pray that this facility takes this review seriously because Arnold is doing more damage to your company's reputation every time he does a quick and lackluster adjustment. My daughter will not be returning here and she told me not to write this review because she didn't want me to "be a Karen," but my daughter is my baby and I refuse to stay silent when she leaves your facility in tears because she felt unimportant and not informed by one of your chiropractors. I have let my inner Karen out and will be happy to learn that Arnold has either improved dramatically, or has been let go. No one in pain deserves to seek help for their pain and be treated like their concerns don't truly matter. read more

I signed up with The Joint to see if it could help with my sourness and trigger finger but when I got my first service I went home stiff and hurting which lasted 2 weeks so I called in to cancel my monthly contract but was told that I will not be able to cancel two months that I signed with eventhough I will not be coming in for service. So I told her to cancel the rest so they don't charge me monthly service that I did not attend. When I went to check on my credit card statement they have been charging for last 4 months. So I called and they tell me that they can not refund the payments eventhough I only had one treatment and I had to come in prior to my role over date to cancel future payment to be deducted. It wrong to take people's money for services that they have not performed eventhough there was miss understanding regarding their cancellation policy which is ridiculus. read more
