I signed up with The Joint to see if it could help with my sourness and trigger finger but when I got my first service I went home stiff and hurting which lasted 2 weeks so I called in to cancel my monthly contract but was told that I will not be able to cancel two months that I signed with eventhough I will not be coming in for service. So I told her to cancel the rest so they don't charge me monthly service that I did not attend. When I went to check on my credit card statement they have been charging for last 4 months. So I called and they tell me that they can not refund the payments eventhough I only had one treatment and I had to come in prior to my role over date to cancel future payment to be deducted. It wrong to take people's money for services that they have not performed eventhough there was miss understanding regarding their cancellation policy which is ridiculus. read more

Been to a few joint facilities around OC and IE area and I will say so far the joint in brea has been the most solid out of them all! I've been here multiple times and gotten different chiropractors and they all been solid, especially Sean! They all took the time to ask me questions about what's been bothering me the most, take the time to stretch out certain muscles before starting they start cracking and also give me general advice on how to stretch certain muscles to strengthen or help loosen them up. This place only cares about taking lunch. I called them yesterday, was told i could come in today at 1:20, that i could update my paperwork and be seen. I drove here, arrived at 1:15, was told i could fill out the paperwork but had to come back at 3:00 because they were taking lunch at 2:00! Unreal! Either they lied yesterday or today! It just must mean they don't care about new clients, and are making enough money to turn away people. I will never go here, i will never support a lazy bunch of chiropractors who don't care if someone is in pain. But care more about their lunch hour. Obviously they are NOT doctors of chiropractic who care about anybody but themselves and feeding their bellies. Stay away, don't trust them. If i could give zero stars i would. read more

I have been having back and shoulder pain for months now. Saw The Joint while searching online and saw they have good reviews. I called and they accepted walk-ins. I went there one weekend and Gabriella, the receptionist was very helpful in providing info on how this works since this was my first time. Dr. Sean explained everything in detail and helped loosen my neck which could be related to my back pain. I felt so relieved because it always felt like everything was stiff on that part. My regular chiropractor was closed for the holidays so my son recommended that I go to The Joint. Yo was extremely kind and helpful when I called and also when I walked into the office. Going to a new chiropractor can be a little unsettling, however Yo explained how everything worked and made me feel very comfortable!!!! Dr Arnold gave me, what might have been, The best neck adjustment I have ever received in my life!!!! I was extremely surprised and pleased at my experience here. I am not particularly fond of being adjusted in the same room with other patients. I do prefer a calmer and quieter atmosphere for my chiropractor, however the adjustment I got made the lack of privacy well worth it. I will definitely be back to sign up for a membership read more

Let's just start from the top. I was in a lot of pain. I didn't know how else to deal with this. But I was told to go to a chiropractor. It was my first time trying chiropractor for anything. So I looked up online and I ran across this one in Brea. The front desk was respectful. The payment is very satisfying. And Dr. Arnold has helped me to stop walking like a candy came when it was really hurting. This is my third session today and as Dr. Arnold would say "look at you, you got your John Wayne walk back" .so I highly recommend this place. It really really helped me out. I canceled my membership here in September, and these thieves started charging me again in November. I didn't notice because of the holiday season. They don't seem to be accredited by the BBB because I'm trying to report them. Scummy and rude during the cancelation process, too. I hope they go out of business for the crap they try to pull. Update- I have gotten in contact with Kelly R (the manager), and the joint is working on my refund. Unfortunately any contract where I can be charged after I attempt to cancel is against the law. I went down in person and attempted to cancel my subscription. In person. The law is "The Cancel My Subscription bill is a law passed by the State of California in response to an uptick in complaints of unethical billing practices from California residents. The law amends the state's Business and Professions Code to provide more stringent rules on how merchants charge recurring bills." I do believe california law supercedes any attempts to charge me thereafter. Now please quit playing around. I simply want a refund. read more

Apparently the last time I came here was 2021. I never in a million years thought my absence for being gone so long was an issue. I use to come to this place when Dr Arnold was still here, and that really bubbly receptionist. I suffering major neck and lower back pains, also having sciatic nerve in my hips. I work 7 days a week, so I'm always on the go, on my feet. Since I work next door, I made the time during my work hours to try to get adjusted. I went in, the receptions told me I needed to fill out paperwork since its been couple years I've been there. "No Problem" I took the paper back to work, filled it out, and returned it. I got permission from my supervisor to go get adjusted because of the discomfort I was having in my neck. The receptionist, I would say was nice enough to check me in with no problems. But the so called doctor that was there just seemed annoyed. I heard her tell him ' she only comes once ever couple months," Again, i don't see why me coming every couple months is a issue. I have such a busy schedule, I don't even have time to spend time with my own daughter. I could hear his voice behind the wall with such attitude " she has not been here since 2021, she needs to fill out paperwork!" I yelled back at him since we're talking through walls " I filled out the paperwork!" Than again he yelled " you haven't been here since 2021!" like foreal? why does it matter how long its been since I've been here?? who is he to say anything, he doesn't know my life or what i do. After being said, both that Asian Chiropractic and receptionist whispering back and forth with each other, I felt so disrespected and unwelcome I told both of them. " if this is going to be a issue than never mind!" and I walked out. i don't understand why this even happened, I came back to YOU GUYS after all these years.
